Hey listeners, I wanted to hop into this week’s podcast to share something that I’ve been using for about a year now and I’ve just been so in love with it, which is FLFE Focus Life Force Energy and what it is is a service that provides a higher level of consciousness directly to a mobile device or to a property.

00:24
I personally love it on my phone because I can do a boost before I go live. I can use it when I’m going to have a tough conversation, just to get a higher level of consciousness as well as EMF mitigation. So it’s kind of like taking a bubble of positivity with you, and it’s super supportive, not just for your energy, but also for your health, for abundance as well as relationships. So, as a podcast listener, I want to get you to try FLFE completely free. Now. This is an amazing opportunity to get a 15 day free trial. You don’t have to enter a credit card. That’s right. You can try it for free without entering any information. So head on over to EmilyErenscom. Forward slash F, l, f, e that’s Focus, life Force Energy. You can learn all about FLFE and the multiple benefits that it provides. This service is so incredible. I’ve actually recommended to all of my practitioners, to help them to raise their level of consciousness so that the work that they’re doing out there in the world is amplified. I know you’re here for a reason. I know you’re here to help more people and to make a positive impact in the world. Flfe is absolutely a great way to do that. 01:47
Today You’re listening to the Aligned and Unstoppable podcast. I’m your host, emilyerens. I’m an entrepreneur and highly sought after energy healer with over two decades in practice. I’m a mixture of high vibe energy and cutting edge strategy with a little dash of unfiltered real talk, making this the one and only podcast that gives you a down to earth approach to business and spirituality. Do an each week to get out of the stress of overworking so you can build a brand in alignment with your soul’s purpose. If there’s one thing I’ve learned the hard way, it’s that you have to stop looking outside yourself for the answer and start looking within. We all have a unique path and it’s time you start trusting in yourself. The truth is, you already have everything you need. You just need to learn how to access it. Now let’s dive in. It’s time you experience business and soul alignment. Hey listeners, welcome back.

02:52
This is the Aligned and Unstoppable podcast, episode number 443. How you doing? Happy new year. I hope you’re doing great. I wanted to say also special thank you. So one of the latest episodes we did, the very last episode of 2023, it was episode number 441.

03:10
I recorded it with Amanda Pickering, my COO, and I have to say it has been a very popular episode, one of the most downloaded episodes I’ve ever done, and that tells me something. It tells me something very clearly that you all like when we talk about strategy, when we talk about specific business steps, when we talk about results and when I’m really transparent, teaching you about how to grow your spiritual business. So two great things came out of it. Number one it told me that my instinct to create the spiritual business sessions podcast, my new podcast, was a great idea, because the sessions podcast is all about me teaching you current strategies and ways to build yourself a plan and, step by step, incrementally, incrementally Wow, I can’t get that word out you know what I mean. Week by week, I’m helping you to build a business that is not just here for right now and it will have this quick little strategy, but really for the long term and I know for you wanting to make more money, make a bigger impact, it’s been really hard to do that when you don’t actually have the skill set in front of you and, like most practitioners, coaches, healers, you don’t have the time to sit in front of a computer and study these things. Even if you have bought a business course in the past, maybe you haven’t watched it because you just don’t have the time. So the spiritual business sessions episodes are really designed so that it can blend with your lifestyle. You can listen to it in the car, out for a walk and you’re going to get these current strategies that are working now and that are going to help build your spiritual business. And it’s only $8 a month or $80 for the whole year, and if you decide to do the 80 for a whole year, every single month, we are going to be selecting some of the annual members to do business audits for, which brings me to today’s episode.

05:13
I decided, since you all told me with your votes and said I downloaded this episode. I love it so much I decided I want to share. When Amanda and I did business audits recently, now we chose three separate businesses, folks who had put their name and their email and their website and their social media links, and we selected three people at kind of random and we did these business audits for them. So what you’re going to hear and see because there is a video component if you would like to watch it on the website is we’re going through their different assets as though as a client would. So if you’re bringing somebody to your social media or to your website and they don’t know anything about you, what is their first impression? And so that’s what Amanda and I are running through, and I would highly recommend you take notes when you listen to this episode, because there’s something in there for you.

06:03
Whether it’s in all the three audits or in just one of them, there is a really important takeaway, and the main takeaway is that you need to have continuity. So when somebody lands on some of your assets the website or your social media then they understand who you are and how you can help them. If it’s unclear or it’s confusing, you know people are going to do. They’re going to leave, and that’s not what we want. We want to keep them on our website, we want to keep them in our content, we want to encourage them to take action. Whether it is a call to action like book a call, or a call to action like set up your first appointment, or a call to action like use this coupon code, we need to give them a next step, and that’s the thing is. If we’re not giving people a next step, they’re not going to take any step.

06:55
And if you are somebody who is listening to this podcast, chances are pretty good that you’ve been at it for a little while and you’re really not making the money that you wish you were, and so it’s not just one size fits all. This is going to work for everybody. But what I’m here to say on this episode, as well as in the business sessions, spiritual business sessions episodes is there are some very simple things that you just might not be doing or might not have any awareness around. That is going to make a huge, huge difference with how you show up and who you’re serving and how they perceive you. And I will say this one last thing before we get into this week’s episode I recently put out a posting where I said I’m looking for outstanding distance healers and I have to admit many people said oh, that’s me, I want you to work, I want to collaborate with you, and I looked at every single one of those Instagram pages, the people who said me it’s me.

07:57
I looked at each of their pages and I will have to say there were three immediate red flags that stood out to me and I wanted to share those with you before we get into the episode. So we’re going to do the work before we do the work. All right, this is a work episode. You ready, okay? So the things that really stood out to me that were a problem were their bios. So here are three things that you can fix right away that are going to improve the appearance of your Instagram account.

08:29
Because, listen, if you raise in your hand and say I want to collaborate with you, I want to see professionalism, I want to see somebody that I can confidently put in front of my community of Mastering Ascension members and I can go this person is legit and when I recommend them which is what I’m doing, if I’m collaborating with you and I’m putting you in front of my community they’re all going to go look at your page. And if they go look at this page that is not well put together, they’re going to start rolling their eyes and you know what they’re going to start doing is they’re going to question my integrity. So it reflects poorly on me if I’m selecting people to collaborate with who don’t have their shit together. So One of the things that I do, if I’m gonna apply to be on someone’s podcast or pitch myself, I’m gonna make sure that all of my assets are looking good. So if I’m saying I am a business alignment coach, when they go to my website it doesn’t say animal communicator Okay, it’s gonna be confusing and automatically they’re gonna be like, no, this is trash, right.

09:33
So here are my three tips and then we’re gonna get into the audits. Okay, the first one is clean up your bio. You want a flattering photo of yourself looking at the camera and I want you to update your bio to clearly describe the transformation you give to your target audience and make sure that your link works and I say link singular. I really do not care for multiple links in your bio because ultimately, people are just gonna click on both of them and they’re not gonna do anything. Give them one action. People are very simple-minded and I don’t mean this as a criticism, I mean this as like a marketer okay, you need to give people one action item, so one link, one action, okay.

10:11
The next thing, that tip two is if your last six posts or more were images of quotes, objects like crystals or the beach or a sunrise, you are not showing your face in those. You are hiding. So I am calling you out right now, but for good reason. This is 2024. This is the most abundant year. This is a breakthrough year. If you want to take yourself seriously, you want to make more money, you got to start acting like a professional business, not like an amateur like I have a hobby, and even if it is your hobby, like nobody on the internet knows it is, you got to look like put your best foot forward, okay, okay.

10:58
Third step, or a third tip, is invite people to see you doing what you do. So maybe it is a video of you working with a client or preparing for a session, or maybe you describing why people come to you and what kind of results they have had. And I would definitely invite you to go live once a week. Now I know some of you just cringed and gasped and clutched your pearls, but here, listen to me, you will not die, I promise. When you start practicing you will get better, and I promise, when I started doing live videos or any video for that matter I was terrible. I was not sure what to say, not sure where to look, not sure how to angle my face and my camera and all the things. But you know what happened. I kept at it and when I kept at it I got better.

11:44
So I am asking you to take the bike out, grease up the spokes and grease up the chinks whatever.

11:52
What is that thing called the links?

11:54
Oh, my God, the chain. There it is. Grease up the chain, get your helmet on, get those tassels ready and start pedaling. You got to get on the bike, okay. You got to get from here to there. You’re not even taking it out for the most part, right?

12:08
So I want you to call in that part of you before you’re listening to this episode especially, but then beyond. Call in that part of you that is craving success, that is hungry to make an impact, that it wants to help people and who is ready to take their business to the next level. Like I’m a real professional, actual business. This isn’t just like a side hobby. I’m not second guessing myself. I’m not worried if I should have a plan and be like I am a legit, awesome business, okay. So I’m holding you to that, whether it’s just for today or beyond, but I’m encouraging you to step it up, because what I’ve seen over and over again is I see these incredible, outstanding practitioners, like the ones who commented on my page, that they’re probably great, but the problem is, when we are looking at you from a new vantage point, it’s not looking great. Okay, and I know that your number one fear is being judged by others. So we’re going to have to get over that, because you know what, whether you put your best foot forward and you have glossy photos and the perfect captions and the perfect live video and the perfect setup and all the things perfect, there’s still going to be people who are like I don’t like that person. Okay, it’s okay. It doesn’t mean that you’re not good. But when you show up more consistently, you’ll have a greater chance of finding the right people who do resonate with you and that’s all that matters.

13:42
I don’t record my podcast episodes or make videos or make reels or posts thinking about my haters. That’s insane. I make all of my content thinking about you, the loyal listener, the loyal viewer, the loyal email advocate, the person who is like my brand advocate, who, like, loves me. And you know what? Yesterday I got an Instagram message from somebody who said listen, I listened to your podcast and it was the one you did last year and I swear you said some stuff in there that gave me permission to just follow my heart and do what I wanted to do. I was going down one path and I started to just not feel great and something you said in your podcast totally changed my entire trajectory and I’ve had the best year of my life. So to me, like they literally waited a whole year to tell me that, like I’ve been meaning to tell you, but like for me, those are the people that I think of when I make these episodes, the ones who it my words matter to them.

14:45
So one last parting advice is that, as you take yourself seriously and as you realize it’s time to shine your light, and as you realize the more consistent I am, the better chances I am to pull in and call in and attract those soulmate clients. So here’s the deal if you post once a week or once a month, chances are you’re not going to grow at all. If you post once a day you’re going to start to see results, and so that is all I care about. I want you to get results, and one of the things I’m really excited about this year which starts very soon actually, at the time of this podcast it probably just started is the spiritual business accelerator. Now, the accelerator program is for folks who want to get results, and the thing is like if you’re only focused on if anybody liked your post, I mean that is a result of some kind. I’m more interested in results that show growth. So that’s what we’re going to be working on in the accelerator program.

15:44
I don’t know the timing of this podcast episode of it is even going to work out. I’ll put a link below in case there is a waitlist or if you want a last minute. Hop into the program. It’s very small, intimate group of just a handful of folks who are ready to really accelerate this year with my support and Amanda support. It’s going to be step by step, building their business, getting results and major accountability to actually do your work and work through the blocks. Of course, the energy component is a huge, huge part of it, but I’ll put the link below if you’re interested in learning more. There’s going to be other ways that we can work together, especially if you’re ready to take yourself seriously, and I know you are. That’s why you’re here.

16:24
All right, enough of me, let’s get into this week’s episode. Listen or watch along. Actually, I would highly recommend you watch along. This is a very visual podcast episode, so why don’t you head over to the website and watch the video? You’ll really learn something special and I’d like to see you take that action. If you do take action because of this episode, don’t wait a year to tell me how great it was. Tell me right now. Tell me today.

16:49
Take a screenshot of this episode right now and preemptively know I’m going to tell Emily that something happened and it made all the difference and I got a result. So that’s what I’d love for you to take a screenshot right now, knowing that you’re going to learn something, you’re going to implement it and you’re going to start getting results. And you’re going to send me a text message. You can always tag me at Emily Aaron’s on Instagram. Send me an email if you want. Send me a DM on Facebook, that’s fine. Whatever way you need to get it to me, get it to me, but I want to start sharing your results. I would love, love, love to start sharing your results, your case studies, and in the Spiritual Business Sessions podcast I am going to be doing some case studies and if you are a listener and you just decide to subscribe to it, you might be one of those people that I get to do some of this cool work with.

17:33
Anyway, let’s get into this episode. I hope you enjoy. I know you will. Hi everybody, if you’re joining me live or on the replay, please say hello. I always like to see what friends are joining us. I’m joined by my COO, amanda Pickering. Here have cozy sweaters and circle earrings on, so you know where we’re at.

17:56
Today we’re going to be talking to you. If you are somebody who struggles getting enough clients, that seems to be the number one issue amongst our customers and folks on our list. So here’s the deal. This morning we said you know what’d be really fun to do some sort of like Facebook live. Together we want to offer some really high value. What do we do?

18:17
And something that Amanda and I have been doing for the last few months for our students from IEA the integrated energy line at practitioner training is business audits. So these business audits we’ve been offering to our clients to kind of take a look at their social media and their websites and see what’s not working, what is working and how they can ultimately get more clients, make more sales, build their lists, retire themselves or whatever. The thing is that they’re hoping to do Amanda and I have a blast doing it. So we thought why the hell not? Why don’t we do it today? Okay, I even listen, said hey, is anybody wanted free audit and $2,000 value for a full audit? We’re doing these little mini ones, so we’re going to try to squeeze in as many as we can. But here’s what’s so, bananas, and I feel like I want to do like a face pond.

19:07
So, first of all, when somebody offers you something for free, that’s high value and, by the way, is literally promoting you on their website to their audience in the public, jump on it. And maybe there’s folks who, like had done an, understand what this offer was or didn’t open their email yet. Those people are fine too. But the folks who actually did fill out this form there were some people who, in the field that says what is your URL for your website, just wrote their, their name. So I don’t know, I don’t know if that’s how you were working on getting clients. But I can tell you that’s number one reason why you’re not getting clients Because you’re actually not giving your your website or you give some sort of version of what your Instagram handle is, but it’s not actually your Instagram handle. Super hard for people to find you. Also for them to book sessions or whatever it is, with you.

20:09
Yeah, so if you’re somebody who’s kind of struggling, not sure if you’re getting enough clients, not sure how to find the right people, put a one in the comments. So what we have going on today, we’re going to go through these audits. I would definitely encourage you to listen, take notes and otherwise maybe even take action on some of the things that we’re offering as suggestions for other people and see how it might apply for you. We also have a program that’s coming up in 2024 to work with Amanda and myself up close and personal. If you’re a practitioner who is really wanting to take yourself seriously and maybe 2023 wasn’t your year of profit or much growth and you would like for next year to look a lot differently, just put the letters SBI in the comments section the letter SBI and we’ll follow up with you. So, amanda, are you ready to get this party started?

21:01 – Amanda Pickering (Co-host)
I’m ready.

21:05 – Emily Aarons (Host)
Hey, my friend, I wanted to hop into this podcast episode to share with you my favorite coffee alternative that doesn’t give you anxiety or stress or make you have an afternoon crash. That is why I’m talking about mushroom coffee. And listen, I have been a coffee lover for most of my life. I like it, drink it black. I really do love the taste of coffee. I’ve been a good tasting coffee that performed well, that didn’t give me the jitters, was really important for me, and I’ve tried a whole bunch of them.

21:35
And the one that I’ve really become obsessed with over the last year plus is called everyday dose. It is a blend of mushrooms from the fruiting body, not just the mycelium, so it has lion’s mane and chaga. It also does have a coffee extract in it, so it does taste like coffee. It has collagen and L Theanine, so L Theanine is something I also take on a regular because it helps with lowering stress, and as busy entrepreneurs, I know you got stress. So I would love for you to take a try of everyday dose. I know it will change your life the way it has changed mine, and now you can try it out as only a dollar a day. They have these really cool starter kits that come with a little electric rechargeable frother. There’s a cool spoon and a resealable refillable container.

22:25
I love it. I think you’re going to love it too. You can head on over to my very special link. It’s called EmilyArenscom forward slash start dose. That’s EmilyArenscom forward slash start dose. I think you’re going to love it as much as I do. Now listen, I know we all have different dietary sensitivities. So you know it’s gluten free, it’s paleo, it’s keto, it’s soy free, it’s dairy free, there’s no sugar and it is non GMO.

22:52 – Amanda Pickering (Co-host)
So I want you to understand that I would never recommend something less high. So here, today is Friday in Selby, and this is how I feel about everyday dose. So head on over to EmilyArenscom forward slash start dose. So it’s about health and sensors.

23:06 – Emily Aarons (Host)
So, doctor, nutrition, health, I don’t know what DNA stands for, so that’s confusing me. There’s a lot of stuff up here that is in a and this is like kind of cut off, take control. I don’t know what take control means and it’s funny that it’s actually cut off. So you’re wanting them to take control but they can’t really.

23:31 – Amanda Pickering (Co-host)
Okay, so Miranda says she’s saying it means doctor of natural health. Oh, I did guess that, didn’t I? Yeah, but so the first thing would be most people probably wouldn’t know what that is. So to make that clear, like because that’s great, it was brilliant, but we don’t really know that about you in this, we know the abbreviation DNA.

23:49 – Emily Aarons (Host)
Yeah, you seem like a nice person. You got a cup here of maybe something delicious. I like that you’re looking straightforward Some people don’t have a picture of themselves or that they’re like actually looking to the camera, so you really are connecting. It could be a little bright, but that’s maybe just my personal opinion. Dare to do health on your terms, creating the life you desire. I don’t really know what that means.

24:15 – Amanda Pickering (Co-host)
No, I was going to say the same thing, like dare to do health on your terms. Here’s the question I would ask you who’s your ideal client and what do they really need? What are they looking for? Is anyone like staying awake at night and saying I just want to do health on my terms? Right, probably not.

24:35 – Emily Aarons (Host)
I was like. So she said her ideal client is a busy woman, especially mom, solopreneurs who are impaired, who need empowering to reclaim their health and happiness by prioritizing mental health and energetic alignment, while rejecting the unrealistic industry standards and embracing personalized approach to fitness and life. Okay, that’s a lot there. Yeah, I just think, like again, I don’t think anybody’s wondering if they can dare to do health on their own terms. I know what you’re saying here, and what you’re saying is take your health to the next level, maybe on your own terms, or take your health to the next level period. I think that there is an opportunity here, like where this button is up here take control. Maybe it would make more sense if it was down here with some sort of clear call to action of how they can take control. And maybe for some people they don’t want to be in control. They want you to take control and tell them what to do.

25:32 – Amanda Pickering (Co-host)
Yeah, and I will also say where it says creating the life you desire. That’s quite a generic term. Again, I think I understand what you’re saying. Like you want them to have the health and the life that they truly want, but like what is it that they are specifically looking for and maybe give some of those promises in there? So if they’re struggling, you know, with sleep, like, put something in there about that rather than just like a general, because creating the life you could desire could be in business, like that could be. Anyone could write that. What makes you unique and what’s specific to what you promise?

26:06 – Emily Aarons (Host)
tapping into your health by taking myself, paced online classes for all abilities work directly. So you’re saying coaching in courses, kind of in the same segment. That’s a lot fit and free health and fitness. So it seems like what you’re wanting to do is offer people a lot of different answers to their health journey through coaching, through courses, through fitness Looks like you do.

26:33
Sound healing and energy healing the newest tool in relaxation float Now there’s a float, so there’s a lot of different things and we’re still on the homepage and there’s like book now for a float. I’m confused now because and there’s a membership that’s coming soon you have to edit most of this stuff. I think it’s just a lot, and so what happens is, when we get so much information overload, we don’t know as a customer, I don’t know who you are, where you’re taking me, where I should be going. I think I’m in the wrong place. I thought I was looking for an online course, or I thought I was looking for an energy practitioner. Now there’s a float tank with booking. It’s just a lot on the homepage that I’m not ready for all of that.

27:18 – Amanda Pickering (Co-host)
Yeah, I agree and I think the feeling I’m getting Miranda, I don’t know you, but the feeling I’m getting is that you are trying to figure out what your ideal client wants from you by offering multiple options. And what I would suggest is that you just ask them. So, like poll them, like go on your Instagram, if you have an email list, just email them and say, like, what is it that you need? What would you be interested in? You can give them like a dropdown or like a multi thing, you know, checklists so that they can choose. But right now, if somebody is struggling with the pain points that you said, like they just need to know, like, what is the answer, and right now there’s so many options that they get that kind of decision fatigue and then don’t make any decision at all.

28:03 – Emily Aarons (Host)
It looks like there’s been some posts, but not a ton. Oh, that one had more playthroughs, some engagement. Oh, there’s a podcast here Interesting. There’s really little engagement on this page, but you have some consistent posts naturopathic wellness and energy alignment, coach, the podcast, healup blog, miranda, your website’s here, but then there’s a different link here.

28:31 – Amanda Pickering (Co-host)
With another type of link.

28:32 – Emily Aarons (Host)
Oh wow, there’s so many different links. Okay, so I would just keep with one link, if possible. I think there’s a lot of options here and here’s the Facebook page, so there is a lot of consistency with this photo and it looks like the same photo. I really like this one. I feel like it’s a bit warmer. Your arms are open versus like cross body maybe the reinvention rebel. So that was posted like an hour ago. Here’s some online courses One hour ago, part two of a 10 part series. So what I’m seeing. That was on your website too, but it’s kind of a fuzzy picture not getting any engagement on any of the posts, which it’s really hard to keep posting when you’re not getting engagement. So I think part of it is because you are missing. I don’t see it. It’s the same thing Sorry.

29:29
It’s the same thing.

29:30 – Amanda Pickering (Co-host)
No, no, no you go.

29:32 – Emily Aarons (Host)
You’re missing. I mean, these are lovely static images, but I have no idea who you are and I don’t know if I can trust you or want to work with you, because I don’t even know who this person is. Also, posting outside URLs is really a no-no on social media because it’s taking them off of the platform. It’s a better practice to put it in the comments or ask people if they’re interested. If they would like it, you can DM them or drop it in below. So I would say this you are definitely being consistent. I see a lot of consistency in your posts, but that’s where it stops. I don’t see your face, I don’t know who you are and because it’s you as a personal brand, that is probably the number one thing that is stopping people from working with you, because they don’t see you.

30:20 – Amanda Pickering (Co-host)
Yeah, and I would also say, like the reinvention rebel, it feels a bit inconsistent with your website, like I don’t really understand the connection between that and being a naturopath and the other work you do.

30:33
So it’s like, why are you the reinvention rebel? Like there’s just like a bit of inconsistency and if the issue is that you’re not getting enough customers, you’re a doctor of natural health, so I want to know that I can trust you. Like Emily said, you know when you’re on social, you’re building the no-like and trust factors. So I need to know who you are. Share, like a little bit more about your life. You don’t have to go into detail, but like, if you’re going on a walk, like sharing your morning practice, sharing the things that you love, like just letting people in a bit, because right now it feels like, even though you’re sharing, it feels like a closed shop, so I don’t know who you are. So then how can I like actually work with you and then cleaning up your offers on your website so that we actually are clear on what the options are available to us and what’s best for us?

31:23 – Emily Aarons (Host)
Yeah. So I’m going to also say up here there’s food and weights, there’s two people, a man and a woman, doing a workout, and then there’s a sound bowl. There’s no call to action. You can actually utilize these buttons up here to make a clear call to action. Book a call, visit my website, listen to the podcast, opt into the list, give them some sort of a freebie. So I would say, part of these things you know.

31:49
The reason I’m going to stop sharing for right now, so I can just talk clearly is like what the problem is on the surface level and those of you who are with Miranda here, drop a one. I don’t have enough clients. The clients are not coming in. That’s the surface level problem. But the reason why that’s a problem for most people is because, number one, you need to know who you are and what you’re here to be doing in the world, your mission, your values, what is your vision. Are you here to help men and women and children and old people and all across the world, or no, just locally, like, let us know who you are and for whom, what do you do and who is it for and who is it not for, and that’s part of how we can sort of differentiate ourselves, but when you know who you’re working for, what your goal is. So, for example, I’m here to help millions of outstanding practitioners create a profitable business. That really narrows down who I work with and what my goal is. So my goal is to help you to build a profitable business. All of my content my posts, my tips, my blogs, my emails are all gonna be centered around how you can make more money, how you can get more clients, something that’s really valuable to you, and so I feel like we’re trying to kind of like I need more content. My content is that’s. My problem is I need more content.

33:22
But also when you are a personal brand and you are like Miranda, I give you credit, you actually have your face on your website and on your Instagram posts some of them, anyways but also we need to go a step further. Allow people in and, like Amanda said, like can you offer us some tips, some advice, like what’s your morning practice? Like you’re leaving yourself out, and so this is what I call hiding in plain sight. You have a website, which is beautiful. You have an Instagram, you have a Facebook. I’m doing all the things, but you’re still hiding in plain sight.

33:57
So I would offer you a couple of things yes, to clamp your website, but number one, to get clear on who you help and what they need from you right now and then give them that every day. Also, it’s very apparent you have zero strategy in what you’re posting and what you’re selling, because your main website had all of your offers on the homepage. So one of the things that we encourage people to do, and what we’re gonna be helping people to do in 2024, is to have a clear strategy, a clear plan, because when you have all of these different offerings that are all available all the time, every day, you are number one. You’re not promoting any of them. But the second thing is you’re not giving people a chance to get to know what you do and what the offers are, so maybe they can say yes now, or maybe they can say yes in the future, so there’s no seasonality to it as well. I know I could go on and on. Is there anything else that you wanna add before?

35:00 – Amanda Pickering (Co-host)
No, I think we’ve given Miranda a lot of food for thought. I think we can move on now.

35:06 – Emily Aarons (Host)
When I transitioned out of the brick and mortar in my healing business and started to transition online, I found myself really confused and trying to figure out the solution to make all of these ideas of mine work together. I wanted to sell meditations, I wanted to have a membership, I wanted to be able to take payments that were reoccurring and to send emails and to create websites, and it seemed like I had to invest in so many different systems and sometimes they wouldn’t even work together. Well, that all changed when I found Kajabi. That has been such a life send. I love Kajabi because it’s easy to use, it’s super user friendly, there’s great reporting and it makes it seamless for my customers to find me and to buy any of my products or services. I highly recommend Kajabi and if you wanna check it out right now, you can head on over to emilyaronscom. Forward slash Kajabi and you can take a test drive, see if it’s something that works for you. But I know you’re here because you’re ready to take yourself and your business seriously and really Kajabi is the easiest place to go to start building your online business. Again, emilyaronscom, forward slash Kajabi and get started today.

36:29
Let’s go to number two, and thank you, Miranda for sharing, so this is okay. Number two this is for Jeanne, I think Jeanne Catalano. Yes, yes, it is. So it’s interesting. On the form, you didn’t put your Instagram handle, but fortunately it was on the bottom of your website over here, so there’s a little bit of a disconnect. The question was what is your Facebook or Instagram handle? And you just put the name of your business. Maybe you were rushing, maybe you weren’t paying attention, but this is part of it. We want to know how we solve the problem not getting enough clients. We have to be really clear with how we’re answering questions.

37:15
Already, I like this logo. It’s really friendly. This font is impossible to read. I used to use a font very similar to that and I’m telling you it’s hard to read. Most likely you’re demographic, for folks who are wanting to go on adventures and things like that are probably going to be challenged with reading the font like that. Just not that you have to read your entire logo, but just things to think about. Maybe that could be a secondary font and your main font could be something a little bit clearer like these ones. Amanda, you want to jump in with how you feel about this website?

37:53 – Amanda Pickering (Co-host)
I think it looks beautiful. I don’t know exactly what you do, but I’m assuming you do adventures for people that want to go on them. That’s all I really know right now. Maybe we can go a bit further and see what else there is. I like the photo.

38:08 – Emily Aarons (Host)
Become a free member today and build your online bucket list. I understand.

38:13 – Amanda Pickering (Co-host)
Yeah, I don’t know what that means. I know what bucket list is, but I don’t know what that means in this context. Also, I would always say join our tribe is the same as join our wait list. And nobody sits there thinking I just want to join your newsletter list, I just want to be on your email list. You need to give them something of value for free in exchange for their email. So I don’t know if you have something like that, but if you do, it should be there instead of get on my mail list, because why would they have FOMO for not being on your mail list Like no, no one has.

38:50 – Emily Aarons (Host)
And then I scroll. But as I’m scrolling there’s literally three buttons that all say different things. That is like, ah, oh, no, Like it’s. It’s the eagerness of wanting people to join with you, which I love, and you’re giving them a thing to click on. And if this were a full audit, Amanda and I would click on every single one of these links to see where the hell you’re taking us. But for the purpose of this bucket list, sign up now. Want to take a trip? Three different calls to action in like a very small thing they asked to one of us. Now it’s learned more. So now there’s like a fourth button. Now is this a button? See all explanations? There’s another. So all of your call to actions are different. So far, not one of them, or not two of them, are the same exact call to action. One of those explanations offers oh God, now see a change.

39:38
OK that’s perfect. That is perfect. As I’m trying to read your thing, it changed, so that’s a really good example of why you don’t want to do a carousel. And I was hoping to read it because I, ok, it’s adventure, new places and check off line. That would be perfect on the top of your website, right, and your face, I’m assuming, and your face, yeah, like these two things top of the website gorgeous, let’s do that.

40:03 – Amanda Pickering (Co-host)
And then sign up now. I didn’t know what I’m signing up for.

40:06 – Emily Aarons (Host)
I don’t know what I’m set up for now. Either Again another call to action that it’s like every, and then join the Facebook group, or there’s.

40:13 – Amanda Pickering (Co-host)
Yeah, yeah and then and then, if you just scroll up for a sec where it says about us Wanderlust Explorations is a travel photographer, that doesn’t make sense. Like you are a travel photographer, yeah, let’s just like that’s kind of a pet hate of ours. When it’s like, glad it’s valuable color, like this is a pet hate of ours when you don’t have to make yourself sound bigger than you are, like if it’s just you, I, yeah, yeah. You don’t have to say we or us Like, because there’s a photo of you which is a gorgeous photo, beautiful. Just say I’m a travel photographer, or I’m the creator of Wanderlust Explorations and I’m a travel photographer who plans. You see what I mean. Like that is very confusing.

40:59 – Emily Aarons (Host)
Or like hi, I’m Jeannie, right, like, make it really personal, like no matter, like I mean, and I have a small team, but I think when we’re solo preneurs, we’re like everyone take us seriously, we are we, and it’s confusing and I actually prefer I know, man, it is too we prefer the intimacy and you know, I think that’s what makes it so special, is that you can do that. Anyway, lots of more buttons, so OK, we’ve changed business.

41:29
I’m confused because I thought you were going to take me on a trip and now you’re my photographer. I have questions. Ok, let’s go over to Instagram. This I could not wait to share. Oh my God, how you have almost 700 followers but not a single post. Help me understand. And then there’s these here. And then I don’t understand. There’s a person in the middle of the road. I actually typed in Wanderlust Explorations in the search and I couldn’t find you. There were so many, so I went to your website and this is where it took me. So I have so much to say about this.

42:13 – Amanda Pickering (Co-host)
But here’s what I’m going to say. Instagram is a primary visual platform and you take people on beautiful explorations and adventures and we can’t see one of them. I literally don’t understand why. I don’t know, maybe your Facebook or your Instagram got hacked or something and everything got deleted. I that’s my assumption, because I can’t understand why, why this would be here Otherwise. To be honest, this is hurting you rather than you and then helping you, like, if you’re not going to use Instagram, just don’t have an account. But I would say, use it, because how many of us save on us, you know, on our grid, like me, and you do this all the time and send them to each other, like amazing trips and beautiful scenery, yeah, so, like you’ve got beautiful photos here, you could be doing reels of your, the trips that you do. People again need to see what you offer and what it’s like and get that feel, to feel comfortable booking a trip with you.

43:12 – Emily Aarons (Host)
Yeah, and so her problem, she said, getting building email lists growing, following more than I have. I think that all of the above is just growing in general, but how can anybody want to work with you when your Instagram page is blank and, like Amanda was saying, like you have a million photos that are on your website and you, you’re a photographer? I think yes.

43:38 – Amanda Pickering (Co-host)
That’s another point. And during your email list like I said on your website, there’s no reason for anyone to join your email list. Like I want to sign up for your newsletter, said no one ever. So like give them a reason. And that you there’s a bajillion things you could do, but you offer trips. Get five percent, ten percent off your next trip when you sign up to my email list. Like there’s just so many things you could offer, but those two things like just getting on Instagram and posting regularly and tagging appropriately, I think will do you wonders for the type of business you have.

44:12 – Emily Aarons (Host)
Yeah, and here’s the other thing, Like when we talk about growing an email list, because people don’t want to be on your newsletter and they don’t want your emails. Generally speaking, we need to incentivize them with something. So are you offering them, like Amanda said, are you offering them a promotional deal? Are you offering them like a packing checklist? Are you offering them best ways to take photos of your surroundings? Are you offering them the biggest mistakes people make when booking outdoor adventure? Are you sending them like I don’t know, like you could do any of these things that are going to help their experience as a traveler? But also like, what about the top 10 destinations that you thought would be awesome but weren’t like the biggest mistakes people make when they’re booking their first trips? Give them something juicy and delightful that they’re like oh my God, I’m thinking about booking a trip. Why do I need to know these things and why are you over anybody else? Right? I feel like you’re not differentiating yourself and again hiding in plain sight where you have. You know.

45:21
I could probably go through the list on your website, I think on the homepage. What was there? Like eight, maybe nine buttons, all with a different call to action. So when you can narrow down who your customer is and what their pain points are. What are they struggling with? If they are somebody who wants to travel, what if you gave them, like, the hottest bucket list at places that they don’t know about but they should Like? Have you gone to travel and leisure? Have you seen what their website is? Have you seen what their topics are and their headlines are? Have you seen what make people click on their website?

45:59
It also feels like you haven’t done any research whatsoever. And again, next year, 2024, man and I are leading this group program to help you to do the research, because you likely aren’t succeeding in attracting enough customers partly because, number one, you haven’t done any market research. It doesn’t appear that you’ve done any market research. Maybe you don’t know your customer and what their needs are, what their problems are, and it doesn’t look like you’ve actually created any solutions for them to buy and to work with you. So you can’t grow if there’s no direction. It’s kind of like Spirit is kind of showing me, like you’re staying in the middle of an intersection, with all these different roads open up around you, and you’re like like your customers. Just there’s so many different roads and buttons. I don’t know what to do, and these are again like so here’s the other thing. For folks who are watching right now, it’s like this is just us, our first impressions of these folks, like their websites and their Instagram or their Facebook accounts first impressions. And so for people like us who are really experienced and know what you should have or not have, we know also about how to put a strategy in place. So far, neither of the first two had any strategy whatsoever. It’s just like I’m. I’m in a business here. I’m a business versus like where are we taking them from point A to point B? We don’t see where they are at point A. We don’t even know what a point B would even look like, so we have to start thinking a little bit more strategically as well.

47:35
When I was starting my online business, I realized pretty quickly I needed to build a funnel, and that was an easy way for people to opt in, to give me their name and their email address to join my email list, and I could send them a meditation, a PDF, a workshop, a video or something really special that allowed them to start building that no like and trust energy with me and the best way that I found to do this was through using lead pages. Lead pages has proven templates that are guaranteed to help you with the design. You don’t have to have a blank screen and become a web designer suddenly. They have templates that you can plug and play your message with your images, with your wording, but they are really easy to use and I find that their chat support is really responsive as well. So if you are looking for an easy way to start collecting leads, build your email list, starting to build that no like and trust factor as well, I highly recommend you check out lead pages. You can head over to EmilyAaronzcom forward slash lead pages to get started today. They have a really low price, easy to start option and I know you’re going to love it as much as I do Now.

48:55
I love lead pages for another reason. It’s because of their tracking. You can see when your lead pages are working by the conversion rates. They track the number, so you can see immediately if it’s working or if it’s not and how to tweak it, and they also have diagrams inside to say this has to change or this has to change. So it’s really easy to start using lead pages right away. So again, EmilyAaronzcom forward. Slash lead pages and get started today. All right, next one Can we close up Wanderlust and we’re going to go here? And okay, sharing screen. It’s very hard to read. Reinvent your skin, restore your spirit.

49:39 – Amanda Pickering (Co-host)
Yeah, and also, I don’t the crystals. I’m not going to my skin, I’m already. I’m confused, like the photo and the wording don’t match up. Yeah, yeah.

49:52 – Emily Aarons (Host)
This doesn’t say skincare. This says crystals. Right, I love crystals, and these are some of my favorite crystals. I love fluoride. Your well-being guide starts here, and then there’s an extra space here about I don’t understand.

50:14 – Amanda Pickering (Co-host)
You’re also taking up a lot of real estate on your page with a huge photo and then wording with massive gaps either side. Oh yeah.

50:27 – Emily Aarons (Host)
Oh, what is? There’s an extra space here too. Yeah, it’s interesting. Ok, so for everybody, above the fold on your website is Prime Real Estate, to let people know who you are, if they’re in the right place, if this is for them, if it’s not for them, and some sort of calls to action. There is a nice big button button here says contact us, but I don’t even know who us is, so it’s it’s a little bit confusing. This does say Lemurian skin and wellness, so this does not scream skin and wellness to me so far.

51:03
Oh, feeds, limited time promotion, ellabsorbic vitamin. This is too much information for me. I’m not going to read it. Yeah, it’s hard to read. I’m not going to read it. So I’m going to stop sharing for a second. I go to an esthetician basically once a quarter and when I went in for the first time, she basically asked me what my needs were. And then since that point, I just go in and she says what would you like? And I say you’re the boss. I don’t know my skin the way a professional esthetician knows my skin, nor like the seasonal changes and age and sun or whatever the hell is going on with my skin at the time, more than that lady and she’s going to look through a giant magnifying glass with all of my pores screaming at her what my face needs. I don’t know what I need. You know what I need, so please don’t make me do the work. I don’t want to have to know this. I don’t want to know any of this.

52:05 – Amanda Pickering (Co-host)
Well, also, it seems a bit random in that we’ve got three different kind of grids, if you like, and yeah, I don’t know what feeds means. I don’t know what feeds means either, and it says with real to announce the grand opening. Ok, so you’re having an opening, and it’s like in tiny little letters, under no no, no.

52:24
Then there’s something about forty four dollars. So like just thinking about, like what the eye is going to, my eye as a consumer is going to twenty percent off forty four dollars and then a whole load of stuff about vitamin C. So it’s like pull out If you’re having a grand opening. That should be like the thing on the top of the website 20 percent, even like a banner that runs across that says you know, grand opening special 20 percent off any service.

52:49 – Emily Aarons (Host)
Yeah, here Right, 20 percent off grand opening special. Also, you read it? I don’t. I’m a scroller, so if you make it hard for me, I’m going to go as fast as I can. I mean, we can look at the other pages, but we’re mainly on the website. This is nice and short, but again, I don’t know who you are. I don’t know who it’s for. Oh, I see that you’re in Ontario, canada. That’s exciting.

53:12 – Amanda Pickering (Co-host)
And then your email address is something like Lamarious again 27 at emailcom. If you are serious about running a business, you need to have an email address that is a professional business email address. A domain name costs about twenty dollars and an email subscription is like $4 a month. Nobody should be using a Gmail account, apart from the fact that when you sign up with an email service provider, they won’t really they don’t. Well, they either won’t let you send emails from a private email address or they will penalize you for it, so that to me, whenever I see that across any businesses and isn’t you specifically I click off because I’m like this is not legit.

53:58 – Emily Aarons (Host)
Yeah, that’s what happens, I think it happens to a lot of people Not legit Exactly. And I mean I don’t care if it is Lamarion skin at Gmail, this is Lamarion skin 27 at Gmail. Like it just doesn’t feel like a legit business. No, also, when I see on this thing, it’s got like these, like mermaids and like the evil eye on it.

54:21 – Amanda Pickering (Co-host)
OK, so in your title you say welcome to the Maroon School, where we combine skin care with energy healing. That’s your, your website. That should be right there. That should be. We combine skin care with energy healing. That’s what makes it unique. That is so interesting. Yeah, and that’s something that, like we would, any kind of woo-woo person would be like yes, please, I want that. Right, I have to go to your, your Instagram to find it.

54:50 – Emily Aarons (Host)
Yeah, that is something that I would want. And then you scroll down, there’s more crystals or some tarot. I think this must be you.

55:03 – Amanda Pickering (Co-host)
You. We’d love to see your face on your website.

55:06 – Emily Aarons (Host)
Yep, it would be really really nice.

55:10 – Amanda Pickering (Co-host)
Great that you got testimonials and your highlights.

55:13 – Emily Aarons (Host)
There you are again, but again there’s like a red light behind you. Ok, with the skin care products. I don’t even know if my esthetician I haven’t actually seen her Instagram page because I am like a dumb, dumb, I don’t know skin care but there’s a gazillion products out there. I like that you show which products that you are using, but also like why, why. Why do you use them? Is there a reason why you’ve chosen these? Are they more energetically like charge? Why so? For this is great. All this information is really great, but again, I’m not getting a sense for who it’s for, if it’s even for me right now.

55:54 – Amanda Pickering (Co-host)
Yeah, oh, who you are.

55:55 – Emily Aarons (Host)
Or who you are, yeah.

55:57 – Amanda Pickering (Co-host)
And there’s we want to know the person we’re going to see, we want to feel comfortable with them, and you can leverage Instagram to show that to people.

56:06 – Emily Aarons (Host)
Yeah. So, and then the hashtags are Toronto facials, toronto Reiki, merian skin. I mean, people aren’t going to be looking for a Lemurian skin. I think that’s a silly hashtag, unless you’re trying to build up a Murian skin, in which case maybe customers use that. But I don’t know if it’s with your time using that, I think, yeah. So testimonials Marwa, such a lovely person, amazing. These are nice. Those would be great to be featured on your, your main page and on your website.

56:37 – Amanda Pickering (Co-host)
I don’t know if they’re already there, but I didn’t see any, but it’s not? Yeah, it’s not clear, so here yeah.

56:46 – Emily Aarons (Host)
So Marwa, she said marketing and sales customers. I said describe yourself and client. She said they’re loyal, fun and always supportive. That’s not really describing your soulmate client. So I think we have to go back to stage one, and this seems to be a repetitive problem who are you working with? Who is it Describe them?

57:07
If I’m describing Amanda, I know she likes dogs, I know she likes nature, she definitely likes treats and surprises. She’s very into meditation and cards and spirituality and growth, right. So if I’m talking to Amanda, I’m not going to be like you know what, amanda? There’s this awesome like sporting event, this baseball tournament that’s happening. Like I’m never going to tell her about that because I know she’s not going to care, it’s not going to interest her. But when I see funny dog videos or cute dog things, you bet you’re asked I’m going to send them to her. So right now it’s very evident that you don’t know who your customer is and therefore you’re not showcasing things for her or for them or whoever it is, and you’re not showcasing who you are and why you are the person for them to go to, but like exactly what Amanda said, like we would definitely be into skin care and energy work. That’s literally why I chose the person who I’m going to, because she does energy work with my facials. And, like the first session I did with her, it was a gift certificate and I said, oh, can we make it? It was supposed to be 90 minutes. I’m like you do two hours and she’s like, yeah, well, I infused, like Rakey and other crystals, and I’m like that, that’s what I want. I want two hours, I want all of it. So there are definitely customers out there for you who want this service, but you’re not really speaking directly to them.

58:38
You know, one of the things I hear all the time from folks in my community from online, from DMs, from emails is that, folks who are in my community, you’re highly sensitive, you’re spiritual entrepreneurs, you want to help people. You genuinely want to help people. You genuinely want to make a difference in the world, but sometimes you are kind of going about it backwards or in sort of the wrong order. Sometimes we think, oh, we have to only focus on social media and post social media content, and that doesn’t usually work for a number of reasons, and what I want to share with you is that, as spiritual entrepreneurs, we have to do things a little bit differently than other folks. We need to do it in our own way. It needs to feel like a heck, yes, in our body. We need to feel lit up, turned on and excited about what we’re doing. Otherwise it’s just not going to work. That’s why, when we follow other people’s strategies or systems or frameworks, it generally doesn’t work out for us.

59:52
So something I’ve kind of done recently is started opening the question Well, what if there was another way? energy work in your salon, Carla.

01:03:01 – Amanda Pickering (Co-host)
Carla.

01:03:03 – Emily Aarons (Host)
Carla Meribat said this is so helpful. Oh, that’s great. I’m offering access to recorded breath work. Could that be good? Yeah, of course that would be good. Well, yes, it would be good.

01:03:15 – Amanda Pickering (Co-host)
But it’s again the thing of the strategy. You can offer a great thing that gets a lot of people on your email list, but if it’s not where you want to take them and the journey, I’m assuming, carla, that you are probably offering breath work sessions, but I’m just because I know you, but I’m just saying you can offer a great thing. We’ve done this before. That goes well. Those are people on your email list, but then they’re just free customers for life. You’ve got to think of the next steps.

01:03:44 – Emily Aarons (Host)
So let’s talk about that for just a second. So if you have a strategy, so first step, know who your customer is. And I would say like I don’t want anybody to feel bad about themselves if they don’t fully know who that person is. Yet we were, we actually did an audit, a business audit for somebody like a month ago, and she’s like that is my number one problem.

01:04:07
If you could just help me figure out who my soul, my client, is, I think it’d be a lot easier. And within about 20 minutes we pared down who this person was and it was somebody who has issues with autoimmune problems and she was like well, I don’t know, I don’t know. But once she decided that was her issue and that was for this person, then she actually came to our retreat a couple, well a few weeks ago now, and I said how about you just do this, send an email to your customers, because part of understanding who your customer is is asking them and surveying them and getting that feedback coming back. And I said email your client list, which is a very small list, under a hundred people, and I said just ask them when it comes to your healing journey. How did it say it was coming to like auto. It said something about autoimmune or.

01:04:58 – Amanda Pickering (Co-host)
Yeah, when it comes to like your autoimmune or chronic or chronic illness yeah. What is your biggest struggle?

01:05:04 – Emily Aarons (Host)
Yes, what is your chronic illness or your autoimmune issues? What is your number one struggle? And out of her small list she had over 10% email her back immediately, People who were on her list that she didn’t even realize were there, People who she was related to, who responded and she was blown away. She was actually like in tears that she couldn’t believe all these people were right there all along that she didn’t even realize were there. She wasn’t talking to them directly, she was talking like in generalities and so part of what we’re here to help people with and again you can drop the letters SPI in the comments if you would like some help with this understand who your customers and having a plan to attract them, to allow them to say yes to a product or offering or a service, and then moving them down the client value journey. And then they’re posted in, they’ve subscribed to your list, they followed you on your socials. They’re saying yes to your first offer. They’re saying yes to your next year, You’re saying yes to your big offer and then boom, you’ve got a wonderful customer for a long journey with you.

01:06:16
But most of the time you’re looking down at your feet trying to figure out what the journey looks like there’s zero strategy, and so part of what we’re here to create within the spiritual business accelerator program is help you to create a plan and actually put you into action and get you into accountability and get you testing what’s going on and getting you to put your feet to the fire, to actually stop hiding in plain sight so you can start bringing in more clients, start making more money. Now A lot of folks that were looking at their websites these are not real businesses. They are wanting to be real businesses, but without a plan, without any structure, without any strategy this is not a real business yet, Yet it can be. But you really need to hone in and take yourself serious. So let’s do one more. This is actually a great ending to these business audits. This is a beautiful picture I just come on this page and I’m like such a beautiful energy on it.

01:07:22
It’s very soothing, these peonies, the colors, it’s so calming. I’ve got this nice picture of Abby here. I feel safe, I feel calm in circle. Fertility is here to ease the stress and burden of infertility. That’s how you do it. For those of us who are now leaning in because we’re going yes, that’s me, we see right here we have free support session and let’s talk book of free session. So those are clear. I know you firsthand how overwhelming, confusing and painful the process can be. My sole mission is to help you through all infertility combined experience, certified coaching practice and all empathy and compassion that can only come from someone who truly gets it. Yes, you are speaking to the person who needs your work. This is a perfect example and thank you, abby, for having such clarity on your website. Take a minute to exhale. You’ve come to the right place. I mean, does she know her customer or does she know her customer? So I’m not going to click learn more. Even I want to. I’m just going to speak. Taylor made a special emotional support, industry know-how and expertise. Nice, clear bullets. Again, your face is here.

01:08:37
Latest and greatest Abby feature on CBS News speaking of pregnancy life. I mean, this is like look at me. I have an expert, I’m qualified. This is legit and again, not all of us on CBS News as an expert, but if you are, it’s really nice to have it on your homepage so people can see that you are a leading expert. It’s really great. And here’s some more I’ve seen and heard, really. So I don’t know all of these things, but like some of these things I do know and I think it really does give it gives credit to your work. Abby, get our free ebook how to Support a Love One Struggling to Conceive. So that’s interesting.

01:09:18 – Amanda Pickering (Co-host)
How to support a loved one that feels like an instant break in the whole website for me, like this is important, but this, in my opinion, should not be what’s on your homepage, because you just have this whole thing about I get you, I know what it’s like to go through infertility and struggle to conceive, and then I get to the free opt-in and it’s not for me and it feels really disappointing. Yeah, so I would definitely switch this up. I can’t remember what Abby’s, what it is that she wants. Abby, abby not getting enough customers? Oh, yeah, adding more offers. Yeah, so there’s so many other things you could do and I don’t think we necessarily need to go into them because it seems like you’ve got this down. But like switching that up and having something that’s for the person you’re speaking to, yeah, Subscribe for updates.

01:10:11 – Emily Aarons (Host)
Again, nobody wants to be updated or subscribed to your list, and I don’t know what the top URL is either. I would. I mean, I like that you have like right there, let’s talk about it. I love that and I want that same energy with whatever your opt-in is. So perhaps it is like the three myths about infertility, or maybe like where to start, like in top five, where to start when?

01:10:36 – Amanda Pickering (Co-host)
you’re, you know, when you don’t know where to turn. Like people are terrified of, like where do I, what do I do? Like I’ve gone to my doctor they’ve said one thing now what? Right, yeah, so like top five tips or like support I mean there’s so many things you could do but make it about the person, because you said you’re here to ease the stress and burden of infertility, not to support someone Family, family, family, exactly, which is important, don’t get me wrong. It’s just not in line with what everything else you said. I think it would be fine to have that book.

01:11:09 – Emily Aarons (Host)
If it’s like if it’s prefaced with saying something like where did it go? Like resources, like, yeah, free resources. Do you know somebody struggling with? Here’s a free resource? Yeah, but I think this is like you and me, babe, like you’ve just pulled me in for like belly, belly, hug.

01:11:27
You’ve made me feel safe and the next thing I want is a little bit more you. So I think this is great, but for people who aren’t ready to hop on an info session, it might be nice to have, like your personal story, maybe even like a video of like. Here are some things that you went through. I mean sharing. I know you have a podcast and you’ve got these other great resources, so maybe that’s a place to start. Here’s a free resource. Listen to the podcast. That could be.

01:11:57
I mean, the thing is like also with fertility. People are told a million things and then all the friends and family are the worst and unhelpful and giving like oh well, one day the other thing, like you have I’m like I have it right here the deck of cards. You have a deck of cards that are amazing that it might be nice. Oh, here’s, the cards of love are right here. That’s a great thing. Oh, here’s, the cards of love are right here. That’s there, okay. So your Instagram, life and infertility coach, supporting in ways, your doctor, bff, can’t, integrity, navigation, hardholding. I just feel like so loved by you and I like that feeling that you’re giving me. Let’s get in and stay pregnant. Oh, I love that. Okay, infertility journey Come with me to San Diego, close up.

01:12:51
Oh, that’s cool that you were at an event. Happy day of being annoyed by everything, if you know. You know, I think these are really great. Like. So what Abby’s doing here? She’s showing her face, she’s showing what she stands for, she’s giving information, she’s helping people answer questions. Pregnancy, infant loss awareness month isn’t for you. She’s got the fertility check here.

01:13:20 – Amanda Pickering (Co-host)
I think her Instagram is great. Yeah, I think it would. Can we just go over to like the website where I says what we do? Because one of her questions was like I don’t know whether to add more offerings. I don’t actually know what offering currently.

01:13:34 – Emily Aarons (Host)
Oh, what, yeah, what. What do you do? Okay, let’s talk. So I don’t know what you do yet. Strategies and tips for emotional resilience decision-making guidance and support. Preparing for doctors’ visits and procedures.

01:13:47 – Amanda Pickering (Co-host)
And it says what areas will my coach work with me on? So maybe it does say it somewhere, but that’s not clear. If it’s you, yeah, and I think you need to be really clear because this is really personal. And then I’m like falling in love with you. And then this happened with an accountant that I signed up with. I loved her. She had this great Instagram, she seemed so fun and I scheduled a session with her. It was brilliant. I was ready to sign and she’s like and so your accountant will be Matthew, and I was like who? And I didn’t sign with her Because I was like, but I thought it was you, so like. If it’s not going to be you, make it really clear.

01:14:26 – Emily Aarons (Host)
If it is going to be you, then you don’t need to say your coach just say and I think part of this is like I’m sure this is a really great write-up of whatever it is, but when it’s what we do, can I have it really short and direct? Like you know, if it’s three offerings, tell me what the three offerings are. And again, now I’m confused as well. My coach, let’s talk so it’s a lot of let’s talk what you can expect when we work together In-depth. This could be up at the top. So like here’s like. So if you have what we work together, look like by signature package, six months so maybe that’s something that it could be like I do. Six month offering. I have a group support program. I think maybe that’s part of it is. It’s confusing what it is that you do offer.

01:15:18 – Amanda Pickering (Co-host)
Yeah, and I would say I mean you asked about, like, whether you should add more offerings. I mean, we don’t know your business enough to say whether or not and what your idol client needs, but this does seem like very primed to be offering some kind of course that people can go through, that gives you, gives them like some of the stuff that makes sense for them to do on their own and then to offer you one-on-one. I don’t know how much you want on one cost, it doesn’t say, which personally really annoys me, but everyone has their different opinion on that. Like, if I’m struggling with infertility, I have so many unknowns already. I don’t want to not know the price as well. So maybe just consider that specifically with your idol client and depending on the price of that, which I’m assuming is probably a premium, you might want to do something that’s like a course, that’s like a lower price point that gets people in and then you offer them something like this kind of ongoing yeah, and so it almost looks like these are two packages, but I don’t understand.

01:16:14 – Emily Aarons (Host)
So what I would like for it to say is like in a six month coaching looks like, and then you have all of the deliverables here, but you’re also not going through like what is in it for them. So these are like what you’re delivering, but what is their transformation that they’re going to experience? So a deep dive and da, da, da, da, da, and maybe some so that statements and maybe, instead of all of like, this layout is a little bit confusing on my eyes. I’m kind of up and down, and up and down, and up and down. It’s overwhelming for me. It’s a little bit overwhelming. Something in this layout would be nicer.

01:16:58
So, like what we do, and I would like for this to almost be like a story. You know, taking them through your personal journey. I get it the doctors visits and no answers, and you’re trying everything and you’re frustrated. And then you’re in laws and your parents and your best friend, everyone’s trying to help, but no one can. You’re looking for answers and you’ve come to the right place. I can help. I’ve been there before, I’ve been on this journey and, happy to say, I’ve helped X amount of people through it too, and I can help you as well.

01:17:33
So the first step would be to book a call to see what you need. Here are some of my. You know the ways that we can work together. Maybe it is a package, maybe it’s a group, maybe it’s something else, but just like lay it out so people kind of know upfront is it a single thing, is it a group thing, is it a ongoing thing, so that it’s really easy to understand. I think that’s maybe part of the problem is that it’s not clearly laid out. It’s just like you’re gonna get, like I know I’ll get this, but what is this, what is this part of?

01:18:05 – Amanda Pickering (Co-host)
Yeah, and I think that’s part of the last thing I was saying is like tapping into your ideal client Again. Someone going through infertility struggles is fed up, exhausted. You said it all here, so like, make it easy for them, make it clear, make it easy to read, make it easy to understand so that they don’t end up somewhere else. That all their support is amazing. It feels overwhelming to look at.

01:18:27 – Emily Aarons (Host)
Yeah, so some of the formats that work really well are like one, two and three, just so easily, like the. I can go oh, I get it, I’m A, b or C. Sometimes if you’re just doing private coaching and six-month packages, if that’s all that you offer, I would explicitly say that, yeah, I would love to work with you ongoing. My best results come when I work with people for six months at a time, and this is why X, y and Z this is what they get out of it. If you’re not ready for that kind of time commitment or financial commitment, here is another opportunity for you, and I love your suggestion, amanda, about having some sort of a course or something that they can take at their own pace. That’s a different price point. I think the last thing I’ll share around your own business strategy and one of the ways that you can get rid of having to worry about your prices is having different opportunities, different levels. So we’ve talked about as an ascension path or as an ascension ladder, that people can find you at various places and be able to say yes to you, instead of having to wait and wait and wait and wait until either they have enough money or they’ve just waited so long that they’re like, I just have to say yes, finally. So, for example, I have a podcast. It’s free. I have plenty of meditations on my website and other places that are free, so people can enjoy me on my YouTube channel for free, but then I have like a $7 meditation here and a $20 class there, and maybe a $100 workshop here, and then a $1,000 thing here and maybe a $5,000. And we kind of move up the ladder. This is not to say you have to have a thing at every level. You do not. However, it is great to have that free thing and something in the middle of the road, as well as a higher price thing, so that, depending on where people are in their journey and how much of you is required to get a transformation, they’ll be able to get it. I hope that makes sense for everybody, and I’m gonna come back to the Facebook page.

01:20:42
I didn’t see any other questions, glad I someone on the slide. I need to audit my IG and then my website. You do, and I think this is a really good idea for everybody to take a minute, even have a friend do it, but like honestly having fresh eyes, people like us who were not in your business and you’re not necessarily a customer it could be. So take a look at things really for what it is, because you’re too close to it and when you’re too close to it, you’re gonna miss all of these different things. So thank you for letting us take a look at your pages and if this was helpful, let us know in the comments below. Just say yes, I love this, let’s do it again.

01:21:19
If you missed out on this and you were like damn it, I wish they audited my page, make sure you keep it on your email inbox. We might do this again sometime. We might even do full audits or longer audits next time. I know it’s kind of hard to just go through really quickly, but take what we said to other people and apply it to your own business and if you are ready to have a huge influx of clients and income and really have a clear strategy for what you’re doing next year and beyond, I would love to invite you in to work with me next year. This is a very small, intimate group program that we’re really not we’re not inviting everybody to, but if you’re somebody who is a practitioner and would like to take yourself seriously, make some more money next year and really put in the foundation and build that business. Put the letters S, b, I, n. Send me a DM. We’ll be happy to chat with you more. Is there anything else that you wanted to share with them before we sign off?

01:22:16 – Amanda Pickering (Co-host)
No, I think that’s it.

01:22:16 – Emily Aarons (Host)
I hope it was helpful and please let us know if it was yeah please let us know, share it with a friend and I’ll talk to you all soon. Have a great rest of your day. Bye, chairman sitzen.

Join me and my dear friend Tracy Gaudet, as we explore the intricacies of the creative process. We also celebrate the playful aspects of creativity in business, recognizing how it can rejuvenate our inner child and spark innovation in the most unexpected ways.

00:02 – Emily Aarons (Host)
Hey friend, I wanted to hop into this podcast episode to share with you my favorite coffee alternative that doesn’t give you anxiety or stress or make you have an afternoon crash. That is why I’m talking about mushroom coffee. And listen, I have been a coffee lover for most of my life. I like it, drink it black. I really do love the taste of coffee. So finding a good tasting coffee that performed well, that didn’t give me the jitters, was really important for me, and I’ve tried a whole bunch of them. And the one that I’ve really become obsessed with over the last year plus is called Everyday Dose. It is a blend of mushrooms from the fruiting body, not just the mycelium, so it has lion’s mane and chaga. It also does have a coffee extract in it, so it does taste like coffee. Plus, it has collagen and l-theanine. So l-theanine is that I also take on a regular, because it helps with lowering stress, and as busy entrepreneurs, I know you got stress. So I would love for you to take a try of Everyday Dose. I know it will change your life the way it has changed mine, and now you can try it out as only a dollar a day. So they have these really cool starter kits that come with a little electric rechargeable frother. There’s a cool spoon and a resealable refillable container. I love it. I think you’re going to love it too. You can head on over to my very special link. It’s called EmilyArenscom forward slash start dose. That’s EmilyArenscom forward slash start dose. I think you’re going to love it as much as I do. Now listen, I know we all have different dietary sensitivities. So you know it’s gluten free, it’s paleo, it’s keto, it’s soy free, it’s dairy free, there’s no sugar and it is non-GMO. So I want you to understand that I would never recommend something unless I had personally tried it and loved it, and this is how I feel about Everyday Dose. So head on over to EmilyArenscom forward slash start dose today. You’ll thank me later.

02:06
Warm welcome to the aligned and unstoppable podcast friends, happy New Year. I am your host, emilyarens, and this is the aligned and unstoppable podcast number 442. I want to say a humongous thank you. I am so grateful to all of the new listeners here, all of my loyal listeners. We’ve hit some pretty big milestones in this podcast and it’s been we’re coming up on five years. So thank you for being here. It’s just getting better and I have something very special to share with you after the end of this podcast, but before I do, I want to say this episode is really special. I have a special guest with me, tracy Goody. She’s been a dear friend for years. She’s definitely somebody who I rely on as a friend, as a peer, as a healer and as somebody who brings a lot of insights and wisdom to building your spiritual business. So I know you’re going to love this episode.

03:06
We talk about unlocking your creativity as an entrepreneur to stay in your highest alignment. So we’re going to talk about Tracy’s process, a little bit about how you can actually make your own creative process for yourself. And this is especially for you when you hit a little bit of like a dry spell, a little bit of a drought, maybe feeling a little depressed, not feeling inspired. This episode is going to help you to, number one, realize you’re not alone. But also here are some strategies for how you can overcome this. We’re going to be helping you so that when you build your own creative strategy, it’s going to help you to feel more free, feel the flow, feel more ideas, feel more connected and when you feel all this, you’re going to start trusting in your own timing, trusting in your process, trusting in your signals, trusting in your intuition so that you can let go of fears.

03:59
So what’s also really special about this week’s podcast is that next week, starting on January 8th, tracy is going to be a guest teacher inside of the Mastery and Ascension Mentorship, which means we are hosting a first ever live seven day event, and what’s included in it is going to help you to focus on your business abundance. So we’re having trainings with me and my COO, amanda, to help you get your strategy on, get a plan for the year. I’ve got walking meditation in there, we have hypnosis with Kristin Dwan, we’ve got recipes, we’ve got wellness challenges in there and so much more to help you to really kick off the beginning of 2024 with a lot of energy, and not just energy work but also some structure, because I know you’re here listening to me because you’re wanting to have a successful business and you like spirituality and you like business. But it’s even better when you get to blend the two of them. So in Mastery and Ascension we’ve made it even better than ever and I’ve incorporated some of my most popular spiritual business courses inside of the mentorship. I’ve created ways that you can get coaching with me inside of the M&A, mentorship and so many more things. And, of course, as always, m&a is the best place to get energy healings. It is the only sacred online community for spiritual entrepreneurs to get master level energy healing. And now it is the first curated platform where you can receive master level healing and education. So it is like having a business coach, a mentor and an energy healer all together. That’s all year long.

05:54
I’m going to be having special guests, special healers, special coaches, special teachers inside of Mastery and Ascension. So definitely jump in now. You can get started in Mastery and Ascension for as little as $59 a month. We’ve never made it more affordable for you, so it’s the perfect time to join. So in the podcast show notes you’ll have links to joinemilyaronscom forward slash membership to get started in M&A. We also have links that talk about other programs. So if you’re looking for more of a high level connection with me as your coach, the spiritual business accelerator is the place for you.

06:35
Now I told you I was going to share something extra special at the end, right? So starting this year, I’m kicking off a new edition of the aligned and unstoppable podcast, which is called the Spiritual Business Session. So these episodes are basically like taking a full class a real workshop, a real masterclass, a real training, but audio only. You can take it wherever you go. You can learn wherever you go while you’re doing laundry, while you’re out for a walk, while you’re working out, whatever. You don’t have to sit in front of a computer going through endless hours of online courses. This is literally education right to your phone, your device, wherever you are. You’re going to get actual current strategies that work in a spiritual business direct from me to you, as well as case studies and bonus trainings, special offers, deals and surprise pop-up trainings that are just for you to get these sessions. We’ll have the link below. It’s simply $8 a month, or $80 for a whole year of these trainings. So instead of spending thousands of dollars on business courses that you’re probably not even gonna really watch or consume, now you can get business training on the go, wherever you are, at a fraction of the price. So I know that people are already signing up for this and loving it so far, and I know you will too. So, emilyarenscom, forward slash sessions to get yourself started on those new podcast episodes. It’s a private podcast, just for you.

08:19
Let’s get into this week’s episode with my dear friend, tracy Goody. You’re listening to the Aligned and Unstoppable podcast. I’m your host, emily Arens. I’m an entrepreneur and highly sought after energy healer with over two decades in practice. I’m a mixture of high vibe energy and cutting edge strategy with a little dash of unfiltered real talk, making this the one and only podcast that gives you a down to earth approach to business and spirituality. Tune in each week to get out of the stress of overworking, so you can build a brand in alignment with your soul’s purpose. Hey listeners, welcome back to the podcast. This is going to be a treat for everybody, myself included, maybe just mostly, because I’m selfishly inviting my friends back.

09:34
So today’s podcast I’m joined by my dear friend, tracy Goody. We’ve known each other for a number of years. In fact, you might even know her name because Tracy was one of the originals on the Aligning Unstoppable podcast. Years ago she was on episode number 43. And today we are like 400 episodes later. So we’ve grown. It’s been four years and I can’t believe it’s taken me this long to invite you back. But we still talk. We talk all the time and Tracy is one of my friends that we met a while ago in a spiritual course. We connected. We do this funny thing all the time where I get this weird spiritual hit, the psychic hit that I’m like, oh, this would be a cool thing. And then I start talking to her, just to conversation. She’s like I had this hit and I’m like, cool. So it’s the same hit but your version and my version. This is awesome. But more recently, folks who are listening, who are inside of Mastering Ascension, you will definitely know Tracy’s voice Because back about a year and a half ago, when I started working on my Integrated Energy Alignment Practitioner Training course, I was getting hit with a lot of energy and I was like I need to reach out to Tracy because it feels like I’m having thoughts that are not mine, they’re not helpful, they’re very much sabotaging thoughts, and I even said it to my team one day, I’m like I’m having these thoughts that are just not even they don’t even feel like me, and I was like, oh, ding, ding, ding, it feels like entities.

11:12
And while I know how to clear entities for myself, it was like I need to pull out the big guns, I need somebody else and I need to talk to somebody about it, who’s not going to think that I’m totally batching crazy. That’s a small mix of people. All right, it is, and you know, my little network has gotten bigger over the years, but it’s not something you just broadcast to the general public. You’re like, so I’m having these weird thoughts and voices in my head. So when I reached out to you a year and a half ago, we started a great conversation.

11:42
You recorded this beautiful entity clearing for me and then soon I had all of my friends reaching out and like listen, I’m having this experience that it feels like I don’t know if I should quit my business. I don’t like I’m having this feeling. I’m like, oh well, I have this entity clearing that my friend did for me, like it’s for me, but maybe you could benefit from it too. And people did. And then soon I was like OK, hang on, I think this is bigger, and I reached out to you again. I said would you be OK doing an entity clearing that I can share with the people inside of Mastery and Ascension who are already listening to my guided meditations? They’re already ready for that next level of healing. They’re already spiritual entrepreneurs. They could totally benefit from it. You were so gracious and so generous. You made us three. Yes, it was awesome. So the entity clearings that you made are so powerful.

12:38
I do them myself almost once a week, sometimes more frequently and sometimes less frequently, depending on how I’m feeling. Sometimes first thing in the morning, if I’m waking up with feelings of like stress and anxiety and I’m like what the hell is my day going to shit already? I just like stop it right there and I listen to the clearing and it just I’m the same. I listen to them too. Yeah, it’s good. So the other thing is I recommend them to everybody who I’m working with through my certifications because, in effect, my IEA training is cracking people open. The stuff that we’re working on to learn as students is also opening up this whole another energetic level and realm for them. So it’s like listen, you might think you’re coming here for one thing, but you’re also opening up, like all of your shit is going to come right up to the surface. So I encourage them every week to listen to it. Of course, the members and Master of Extension are loving it. They all. They’re like oh my gosh, I’m so glad we have it. Thank you so much. They are big fans of yours.

13:41
So, all of that to be said, I wanted to bring you back because there’s some really cool things coming up this year. Happy New Year, everybody in 2024. And next week is the start of one of the biggest events I’ve ever done. It’s only happening inside of Mastering Ascension and it’s basically a seven day live event where people are going to have experience with energy work and business training and strategy sessions. You are going to be teaching a class inside of it, which is really what we’re going to talk about today about unlocking your creative process and helping your creative process, sort of like, come to life. So Before we get into this week’s podcast and before I blow up your head and your ego too much here, I would love for you to also introduce yourself to the listeners.

14:35 – Tracy Gaudet (Guest)
Wonderful. Thank you so much for all of that. Thank you also for asking that question of that entity when that came up for you, because that recording that I then followed up and did has been so beneficial to me too, like when I wake up in that energy and I just pop it on and it’s as easy as like taking a pill, right, so you do it. So thank you so much for that, because I always find that when somebody asked me the right question, that’s exactly what I need and then from there everything can really spiral. So, hi, anybody who is new to me, who has not heard my voice before, I’m Tracy Goody.

15:10
I’m a practical ascension guide, so I’m all about taking these really high-level spiritual experiences, high-level spiritual information, and then breaking them down so that we can use them in our everyday life, that we don’t need to go off to a mountain retreat which is also beautiful and do that if you can do it, but we want it in our everyday life as well, because this is what we are opening into, this is the ascension energies, this is the awakening. So everything to do with that, with intuitive awakening, everything to do with empowerment, ascension, your pathway of moving from the wound itself to the true self is my jam. So that’s me really quickly in a nutshell.

15:51 – Emily Aarons (Host)
Love it. So when we were talking about unlocking the creative process, you shared some really cool things with me that I’m ecstatic to do live with you next week. We were just talking about it. My whole body was lit up. I was telling my team about it and every hair in my body was saying I’m like this is going to be so great. We’re so excited about it. So let’s talk about a little bit. What is the creative process that you use and why would you want to use it?

16:26 – Tracy Gaudet (Guest)
Yeah. So I’m going to backtrack just a little bit, because what is flowing through to me immediately and I knew this would happen as soon as we started conversation is we’re going to derail it immediately. I love it, we’re going to get into it, but we’re going to derail it first. So when I’m looking at the creative process, I want to highlight my story of my creative process a little bit, because it has been a rocky road and I just recently finished up maybe two years ago, I finished up a period of a lot of dryness, a lot of creative dryness, and I don’t know how anybody else feels, but when I’m creatively dry, I’m depressed, I’m anxious.

17:05
It doesn’t feel good when I don’t have that creative flow and I recognize that that was such an important part of my own well-being. So that’s when I started to really take it seriously. So, even beyond my business and of course I know this is going to benefit my business because that’s where my creativity is really channeled but even beyond my business, for my own well-being and my own ascension, my own awakening everything, I realized that creativity is such an impactful piece. So that was really what prompted my prioritizing that and previously the creative process was fun, it was good a business idea would come or a download or something whenever it did, and then I would run with that, I would work with that and that was okay, but I was being taught a really clear lesson to add a little bit of structure in that, which actually created more flow.

17:57 – Emily Aarons (Host)
So, coming back to your question, which was what I’m not really sure, Well, I’m going to keep going with that, because when you say creative dryness, what do you mean a little bit? Can you elaborate a little bit more what you mean by creative dryness?

18:12 – Tracy Gaudet (Guest)
So what I mean by that is nothing was grabbing me, like nothing was inspiring me, like previously, whenever a business idea would flow through, I know it’s the right one for me, because I can feel it in every cell of my body, because I’m excited for it, because I can see the potential, because it all feels good. But whenever it was in this creative dryness, it wasn’t that like I’d write down an idea and I would feel so detached from it. It wasn’t clicking.

18:38 – Emily Aarons (Host)
And I feel like that is very common because, especially with social media, like you can have access to everything and sometimes, looking at other people’s stuff, you can be like, well, it looks like they’re doing great. And that can sometimes feel more deflating when you’re trying, when you’re looking for inspiration and things to go with and especially people who are newer to business, where you know you’re not really sure what your niche is and you’re not really sure what your offers are and like how to put it out there that if you’re not really like Jonesing, excited and lit up and activated and turned on about something, it can be like it can just fizzle so fast. And then you’re like, oh, next thing, next thing, next thing, I don’t know, maybe I’m just, maybe I just suck and you internalize it.

19:22 – Tracy Gaudet (Guest)
Exactly, and then you spiral off in the opposite direction and it’s just like you said when you mentioned that social media. Another thing I find as well is you could be like, oh well, I should do what they’re doing, or I should do this, or I should do that, and then you’re just, you’re shrinking that, you’re creative essence, and from there she’s just like feeling so ignored and then, well, that’s, I think that’s what began. My spiral actually is feeling like, oh well, I should be doing this, this is where my business is at, so this is what’s logically next.

19:50 – Emily Aarons (Host)
So I was really turning away from my natural intuitive flow in that sense, hey listeners, I wanted to hop into this week’s podcast to share something that I’ve been using for about a year now and I’ve just been so in love with it, which is FLFE Focus Life Force Energy and what it is is a service that provides a higher level of consciousness directly to a mobile device or to a property. Now. This is an amazing opportunity to get a 15-day free trial. You don’t have to enter a credit card. That’s right. You can try it for free without entering any information. So head on over to EmilyErenscom. Forward slash. F-l-f-e. That’s Focus, life Force Energy. You can learn all about FLFE and the multiple benefits that it provides. This service is so incredible. I’ve actually recommended to all of my practitioners to help them to raise their level of consciousness so that the work that they’re doing out there in the world is amplified. I know you’re here for a reason. I know you’re here to help more people and to make a positive impact in the world. Flfe is absolutely a great way to do that. Again, emilyerenscom, forward. Slash FLFE to start your 15-day free trial today.

21:46
And also, what you said is having a little bit more of a container, which we look as the masculine aspect. Your creativity is flowing, which is the feminine, and I feel like a lot of times with intuitives, spiritual folks, highly sensitive folks who are all of the listeners in the room, we are really leaning into our feminine and so it’s like I’m all feminine and all flow, and sometimes that can also look like if there’s no structure, then you’re flowing from this into this, into that, into the other thing, and there’s like did you even finish the first sentence of that first idea, did you? What happened? So I feel like what you’re saying too is it brings this intentionality to your ideas and it’s sort of like okay, so you can have this yummy, delicious, flowy, feminine, expansive, intuitive stuff flowing, but here’s sort of like a little bit of a boundary so that you can go forward with it instead of just sitting in it.

22:48 – Tracy Gaudet (Guest)
Exactly Like you’re doing your creativity process for both your benefit of how it expands you, how it awakens you the new possibilities but you’re doing that for the collective and the people you’re serving as well, like you’re expanding them and you want that to get out there. So if you are staying only in your feminine and you’re just in the download phase, without actually allowing things to come to fruition with excitement, then you’re doing a disservice to your own self because you can feel so much more expanded when it’s reaching others as well as, obviously, those people that aren’t quite getting what you are capable of putting out.

23:27 – Emily Aarons (Host)
Yeah, and for folks who are like well, I’m not creative Pishposh.

23:31 – Tracy Gaudet (Guest)
Yeah, yeah, we are all creative. We are like yeah, we are all creative in our own way and it’s going to look different for everybody. And this kind of segues back into our real topic here of the creative process. And this is why looking at your creative process and understanding how you flow with it and what it looks like for you because it’s going to be unique, it’s not going to be like mine, it’s going to be completely unique to you and anchoring into that and saying, oh wow, look what a little bit of structure gives me, is that I can actually tap into my creativity and get out of that thought loop of I’m not creative, I’m not coming up with ideas, that type of stuff.

24:12 – Emily Aarons (Host)
Yeah, and you’re making me think of. I posed a question inside of Mastery Ascension two weeks ago because I’ve been doing this sort of daily habit, some morning rituals that I do every day, even if I’m too tired or don’t think I have time and all the things, because when you have discipline, whether or not you’re motivated is irrelevant, so you just do it and you’re whole-bottom energy feel benefit from it. So I asked the question what are some of your daily rituals? And some of the responses, like I really don’t have any.

24:45
So I’m going to challenge that here, because whether it’s your daily rituals and your habits or your creative process, whether you know you have a process or a habit or you are just doing things out of routine, you have it. So you might say, well, I don’t have a morning routine. Well, you might not have a healthy morning routine, you might not have a meditation or movement or journaling process routine, but you’re still getting up and probably doing about the same things in the same order every single day, just totally unaware and unconscious of it. So this is bringing yourself into your consciousness, like I am going to bring myself to sit and do this creative process. So let’s talk about some of the benefits of having this sort of intentional focus for when you want to be creative or when it’s time to be creative.

25:40 – Tracy Gaudet (Guest)
And I see this also as a devotional practice, like a commitment to yourself. It’s really a commitment to like your heart space and your intuition and all that is already inside of you, all those like codes that are already inside you, to get them out, the benefits to this. Well, I want to start. I mean, I can look at it from a lot of different layers physically, emotionally, mentally, like before we even get into the business benefits of that. That was the biggest thing for me because, coming out of that creative dry spell, I needed that nourishment physically, emotionally and mentally, so, so deeply. So that was the very first thing is when I was feeling stuck or feeling depressed, creative energy was really like it’s really the solution for me and again, that’s not going to apply to absolutely everybody, but for me it reconnected me in with my, that divine inner child, that aspect of innocence, that aspect of joy, that aspect of fun, which is what was lacking, and so that reconnection was would be the very first benefit, I would say. And then from there, once you’re reconnected into that, then she’s a part of your business as well and she’s wild and she is free and she is so expansive, she’s so excited about what she’s here to create and she’s here to share. So for me, there is a lot of incorporating that divine inner child, that real joy, energy. And again, this is all just from understanding what does it. For me, understanding what does that and prioritizing that, devoting to it, like you said, discipline for it.

27:18
Again, moving from there, you’re going to have a steady stream of business ideas. You’re going to feel connected to the ones that are the best. You’re going to notice when ones are not connecting, because you’re going to see that contrast. You’re going to see, oh, this is a really good one because I can feel it, and this one is not so much. So I don’t follow it, and that’s okay, because I know it’s unlimited, I know it’s so abundant. You’re also getting into the energy of abundance. So when you realize it’s unlimited, it’s abundant, that these ideas are flowing through, then maybe that abundance energy starts to seep in other places, right? So I’ll leave it out there for now. There’s probably more benefits I can get into, but I’ll pause here for a moment.

27:57 – Emily Aarons (Host)
Well, because I think, as you’re saying, that too, it’s really obvious to me how much we need to play, because sometimes we take ourselves as adults, as business owners, as practitioners. We take ourselves so seriously, we want to be taken seriously, but we take ourselves too seriously sometimes and I know for me this in the last year, 2023. I started the year saying I need to get a life, not like anything crazy, but like I need to like get a life. I need to go do things, I need to go explore, I need to play, I need to dance. I remember I dug out my rollerblades in the springtime. I was like can I even do this anymore? My kids just, yeah, I got my kids, you know, secondhand rollerblades and roller skates and I was like they’re going to love this. And then they’re like can you rollerblade with us? And I was like, yes, I can, I have a pair from 20 years ago that I can dust off. And I was like, let’s see if mama still’s got it. And I did it and I had so much fun. You know, I noticed that when I was able to play more, to dance more, to take myself out for like a childlike playdate, to go to the playground, to swing, to like just play a song just for the sake of like belting it out terribly and like that, like finding our joy, because when we have that energy of joy and freedom, there’s not so much constriction and rule following. Like you know, we’ve been taught in an indoctrination to follow the rules and raise our hand and don’t get out of line, and that’s not really how you create stuff Like.

29:45
And I really love and value artists. One of my best friends is an abstract artist, jodi King. She’s back here behind me and her she teaches artists and non-artists alike the creative process and one of the steps in her creative process is this is shit. That’s one of the steps is like this is great, this is amazing, I’m having so much fun. Like this is shit. I don’t think I’m cut out for it, no, I think this works Like. That’s part of the process and don’t quote me on that, but that’s part of it.

30:15
And I love to see and I’ve read, or part of Rick Rubin’s book on creativity as well, and I can really hear how musicians, artists, painters, sculptures, how there is a direct correlation, just like there is an entrepreneurship, of your creative process. So, again, if you don’t think that you’re creative like you are. We have our own process, we have our own styles of creativity, and I really think that being able to tap into our inner child, that wild and free and little feral person inside of us, there is something really magical there, and I know there’s a lot of I’ve had guests on who talk about like sacred sexuality, unlocking that potential in that way too. It’s like we’re talking about different energy centers, but they’re all below the waist. So there’s something there.

31:01
Movement and so also you know, we’ve seen it so many times it’s like the real epidemic right now in our world is sitting, that people are sitting so much. So don’t you all notice, when you sit a long time, how depressed and how stagnant your energy feels? It’s like, and that’s why I start the day with movement, because whether I’m walking outside every single day or I’m doing Pilates, or I’m doing something I’m dancing like I am doing something that stokes the batteries of my physical body, that gets the energies moving. And so all of that leads into why I can create so well in business, why I have great energy in my business, why I’m inspired, why I like doing these things, why I can be visible and why I can share my message because I’ve charged myself in that way. So your creative process really brings all of those elements into when you create something.

32:04 – Tracy Gaudet (Guest)
Exactly and you’re checking in and seeing which is right for me. Is this one aligned for me? For me personally, it takes a lot to get me moving. I am a lazy person and I do not like to get up and do yoga and do movements. When I do them, of course I enjoy them and after I did I’m like, oh man, this is so good, I’m going to do it every day, but I don’t.

32:20
But what I do know I do every day is I go up in the morning, I get the kids ready for school and I tidy up the house, so there’s going to be music on and I’m going to be dancing around as I’m doing that and there’s my movement. There’s the stagnation and even if not, even if for some reason the music isn’t on, just moving your body a little bit more, swaying, doing figure eight with your hips or something, just shaking it up, just like you said, it makes a huge difference to get rid of that stagnation. So if you are a lazy person like me, you can still incorporate it into your day in some way that really will work for you. But the more you do it, the more you’re going to want to move and the more you’re going to want to naturally incorporate into your day. I find anyway, yeah, and I see the same thing.

33:06 – Emily Aarons (Host)
You know, walking out in nature I find myself very inspired. I might walk out in the morning or sometimes by the like after the, before the kids get home, like I kind of stop my work day and I have a little bit of a like half an hour window before I turn back into a mom and I go outside. And so when I go outside it’s not like I’m like all right, I’m going to go outside and I’m going to have a new idea. I usually just go outside and start walking. Sometimes I’m listening to an audible book, sometimes I’m just listening to nature. A lot of times if I’m out in the woods I don’t want to have anything in my ears other than the sounds of the air, the wind, the animals I’m going to. I want to hear things around me. If, like something, you know, my dog is with me, someone’s going to attack me, you know, usual, that’s what my dog is for, he can hear everybody. But it really it tunes me in. And so when I’m really tuned in and I start to move my body, then all of a sudden there’s like this stoking that happens and suddenly there might be just like an idea that pops in. It just sort of happens organically. And I think part of this where I’m kind of going, which is if I just keep having idea after idea after idea after idea after idea after idea, I need to do something with that. And I know that there’s different places that we talked about. You know where ideas come from. Whether they’re ours, they come from other places. How we tap in. I mean, I just used the example and when I introduced you like, we sometimes will tap into the same vibration. Very often, yeah, very often, it’s calm. It used to be comical, now we’re like, obviously we just normal now. Yeah, it’s just a standard.

34:51
Tuesday, when I transitioned out of the brick and mortar in my healing business and started to transition online, I found myself really confused and trying to figure out the solution to make all of these ideas of mine work together. I highly recommend Kajabi and if you want to check it out right now, you can head on over to EmilyArenscom forward slash Kajabi and you can take a test drive, see if it’s something that works for you. But I know you’re here because you’re ready to take yourself and your business seriously and really Kajabi is the easiest place to go to start building your online business. Again, emilyarenscom, forward slash Kajabi and get started today. But I feel like opening up to have a process for everybody, making it your own can go okay.

36:23
So I’ve got all these ideas percolating. Now how do I ground them? Like, what do I do with that? So what would be some ways that we don’t want to. We don’t want to give away all the goodies, because that’s what we’re going to do next week. We’re going to take three people actually through an exercise, through a process, move some energy, find out how your ideas flow into you If they’re jammed up. Like, what do you do when you have a jam, when you’re like I got this idea, I don’t know what to do with it. So we’re going to do all that next week. So what are some things that people can start to do, like in a practical way, to just like, now that they’re aware that there’s ideas and there’s a process, how can they be more intentional with stoking that creativity and starting to find a way to make a process for themselves?

37:10 – Tracy Gaudet (Guest)
Find it simplest to look at it from the masculine and feminine perspective, like divine masculine and feminine. We know that divine masculine came in when you made the decision. I’m going to devote to this, I’m going to discipline to this, I’m going to go ahead and do this to create that initial inspiration which is going into the woods, moving whatever it is for you. We created that with the masculine. Then the feminine comes in. When we’re in that activity, when we’re open, that’s great. Okay, now we’ve got a seed of an idea. So now let’s move back over to the masculine. Now let’s create the structure and let’s create the space where we can bring this forward. Then this is where I find that a lot of self-observation, self-reflections, self-awareness really comes in. Because if you’ve got that seed but you find that nothing’s going on with the seed, then it’s important to check in with yourself. Number one asking does this feel right for right now, or am I just bringing awareness to it, planting it and leaving it be? Sometimes the answer is going to be to plant it and leave it be. If you can trust that, which is challenging because we’re linear and we’re saying no, I’ve got the idea, now I got to do something. If you can trust that and let that really germinate in you, then it’s going to naturally evolve. Then that inspiration is going to keep flowing in. So then you keep doing that same flow that you were doing to get inspiration and it’s going to keep building.

38:35
So that’s one pathway that you can take is just knowing that I’m working with the divine feminine, the divine masculine, but I’m also really trusting the process and seeing how it’s unfolding. Just because it’s not spiraling open right away doesn’t mean you’re doing anything wrong. It doesn’t mean necessarily even that you’re blocked, so it’s just about tapping in. A lot of self-awareness is what I’m going to say, because it’s really a unique process for you and you get to know yourself. You get to know, oh, I’m resisting something here, I’m not sharing this, I’m not moving forward, I’m not flushing the idea out because of a fear or whatever it is. But then you get to know the other times oh, I’m not sharing this right now because it’s still germinating, and that’s all right. So it’s kind of like a balance really is the first thing I would say.

39:25 – Emily Aarons (Host)
I just wrote those two words down trust and fear and so I’ll give a tangible example of exactly what you just described. So, at the end of the summer of 2023, this sort of idea was coming in around how can I do some kind of fun event that’s only for mastering ascension, that will be really engaging, get people really stoked, it’s really intentional on how to build their business. But it’s not just business, like maybe it could be wellness stuff, but maybe it could be like self-care practices and maybe we could introduce some like moving meditation and maybe some recipes, because, like I mean, this is what I think success is Is ultimately your health, is your wealth, and if you’re feeling really good, you’re taking care of yourself. It’s going to reflect in all these areas. So that was the seed.

40:25
I didn’t really know what it was, but it was like something is here and by I would say, mid September, it started to kind of grow in Germany and I was like it’s got. It’s called my most abundant year. That’s what it’s called. It’s going to be my most abundant year, it’s going to be 2024, my most abundant year yet really and it’s going to be a focus to help people to really harness their abundance in different ways. I started to talk to my team about this and then they got all lit up and they’re like OMG, this feels so good. We all felt really, really lit up. There was this cognitive resonance, right, our energy, instead of it just being a story that I was like this feels really good in my body and I like where this idea is going. I shared it. And then there was this energy that built even bigger because all of us were going yummy, I like this Collaboration that expands it so exponentially.

41:31 – Tracy Gaudet (Guest)
That’s amazing. Yes.

41:33 – Emily Aarons (Host)
And so we started to meet every single week. We met every single week. We’ve been meeting every single week to plan this. And some weeks we get really clear ideas and we go OK, in January it’s going to be business abundance, in April it’s going to be wellness abundance. And then we sort of build on it like, ok, it’s going to be this. Ok, all right, we’re seeing this progression.

41:59
And then the next week we go what is business abundance really mean? What can we define it? What’s included, what are some of the activities? And we start to kind of get that micro, itty, bitty, detail-y kind of stuff in there. But it really starts as this like you said a seed that starts to germinate, it starts to grow. It took months, it took months, but when you look at the big picture and you look back, you go it only took me a few months to do that. Like, looking back, it doesn’t seem like it took very long at all. We just created something out of thin air. And then here it is and people are doing it next week.

42:36
But I wanted to share that because that’s exactly what the process was for me. But, like you said, it is that sort of knowing yourself, trusting yourself and I’ve been doing online business for going on eight years now. So I’ve been through a lot of ups and downs and ideas that are good or ones that are kind of a flop, and even ones that I thought were a flop. Later on down the road I’m like, oh my god, that person who bought that thing they actually came from the thing I thought was a flop Exactly. So it’s not like I’ve got the perspective from this vantage point that I can see like, even if it feels like a failure, it’s never a failure. It’s always in your best interest. It always works out some way. So I have that perspective. So, folks who are brand new and you’re like, listen, I don’t even know, this is my first offering, I don’t have that vantage point, I don’t have that ticket for me, ticket from Tracy If you can just start to deeply trust like, this is a process.

43:41
The idea is the first part of the process and if we think about even just like law of attraction, the idea was here, it’s planted. So in the quantum field, it’s already a thing, it’s done, you’ve put it out there. The seed is out there, it’s growing, the thing that you see in your head of like, oh my god, this awesome event. That’s going to be quarterly and people are going to be super abundant. They’re going to have access to all this great stuff and everyone’s going to feel amazing. It’s going to be the best day ever. That’s already done out there, so sometimes we try to kill ourselves and work too hard to like grind out the juicy bits before the seed has even grown its first leaf, let alone any fruit.

44:19 – Tracy Gaudet (Guest)
Exactly exactly.

44:21
And that’s when you said, like it’s out in the quantum field very much, so, right, and so we send it into the quantum field and we’re excited and that’s great.

44:29
But then we start to do it ourselves and then we can start to like put pressure on ourselves and then we’re like shrinking that vision back, when really all the vision wants is you to keep believing in it and just kind of be there to hold the space and be the conduit for it, and it can be so miraculous in that way.

44:47
And then, just like you said, even if, after you present it to the world, maybe your expectations were one place and how it is received is a different place, and again, if you shrink yourself, that’s still the quantum field being like no, no, just still give me trust, still give me trust Like it’s not over, and so the more that you kind of get to know that process, just like you said, hindsight, where we can look back and say, oh, I can understand that now. Oh, I can see that now it’s so easy. So, yeah, if you are just going into something, just trust the process and it is challenging, but keep practicing it, and I think that’s part of what the entrepreneurial journey does for all of us is.

45:26 – Emily Aarons (Host)
It helps us to build those muscles of trust, because I am not like 100% believing in myself 100% every single day. We are human, and I mean like, of course, there are days when I’m like could we just like not do this, like can I just like be so aligned, and so on it that, like every day, I just know and I’m so in the flow, but life happens and then, like, where I’m at in my cycle can determine where I’m at with believing myself. And I want to share a story because it’s kind of like popping up in my mind. I heard this really great story. I was listening to Esther Hicks on one of these like weird YouTube videos that they produce for her, and she was channeling Abraham and they were telling a story. Because what you just said was like all the vision wants is for you to believe in it. Like that gave me full chills and so I want people to play that for themselves, to hear you say that again. But remind me of a story that they shared, which was one day Esther was going to the kitchen to make hard boiled eggs, so she got out her pot.

46:32
She put her raw eggs in the pot, filled it, covered them with water and sat there, put the pot on the stove, started boiling, didn’t start boiling. She started watching it. And they made this joke like well, she already knows, watching a pot doesn’t boil, it takes longer. So she’s sitting there and she’s watching it and it slowly kind of starts to come up to temperature. It starts to boil.

46:51
She puts her lid on, she turns off the heat, and in that moment it occurred to her that she didn’t have a part of herself that doubted the possibility of the water heating up, boiling and cooking her eggs. It wasn’t like. I hope this works. I hope this works. It’s a done deal. She trusts If I put the water on, it’s going to give me this result. And what they said is what Abraham said was it’s kind of like that process where we’re turning on the heat and we’re watching it, but we keep turning off the heat and then we turn on the heat and then we turn off the heat and then on and off and on and off and off and on and so on. And so, number one some people end up with raw eggs because they don’t actually keep the heat on for all that long, and some of us, it just takes longer because we keep turning the freaking heat off, unless, instead of just leaving it on and trusting it’s going to do what it’s going to do.

47:54 – Tracy Gaudet (Guest)
Exactly and like what we’re doing as entrepreneurs, that’s unknown, like that’s not like boiling an egg we don’t know for sure what’s going to happen. So that’s where trust comes in. That’s where that big trust comes in, because there’s a lot being asked of us as entrepreneurs in this time where we are shifting business energies. We are shifting the whole energetics of the way businesses are run, and that’s kind of a big deal and we don’t have to think about that right now because we’re all individually doing our thing, but it does mean we’re going into the unknown. So your trust is going to be really, really important as part of your creative process.

48:35 – Emily Aarons (Host)
When I was starting my online business, I realized pretty quickly I needed to build a funnel, and that was an easy way for people to opt in, to give me their name and their email address to join my email list and I could send them a meditation, a PDF, a workshop, a video or something really special that allowed them to start building that no-like-in-trust energy with me. And the best way that I found to do this was through using lead pages. Lead pages has proven templates that are guaranteed to help you with the design. You don’t have to have a blank screen and become a web designer suddenly. They have templates that you can plug and play your message with your images, with your wording, but they are really easy to use and I find that their chat support is really responsive as well. So if you are looking for an easy way to start collecting leads, build your email list, starting to build that no-like-in-trust factor as well, I highly recommend you check out lead pages. You can head over to emilyaronscom forward slash lead pages to get started today. They have a really low price, easy to start option and I know you’re going to love it as much as I do Now. So again, emilyaronscom, forward, slash lead pages and get started today.

50:26
You shared something with me yesterday that I think is really true for the way that the industry is shifting, which is we have been, especially as online entrepreneurs. Especially, we have subscribed and been taught by a very masculine model. Some people call it bro-marketing it’s a pretty good name for it but this masculine model, which is also reflective of our societal masculine model. There’s been a huge shift from 2023. And going into 2024, it’s like obliterated. That energy feels like. So this is part of why it’s so important, especially now, to be able to tap into what is your process for creating.

51:15
How can I be in that beautiful, yummy, warm, inviting, flowy, divine energy more often in my business than I’m in the masculine push? Replicate, follow this 10-point strategy, follow this blueprint, follow this framework Because, ultimately, for the folks who’ve bought into it and I’m one of those people who’s bought into it. We’ve all done it. What I have always found I know you’re the same exact way is you can buy into a framework, into a strategy, and then ultimately you just rip it up and go okay, this one piece I like. That one piece, that was a good piece. That piece, that one was real good. This piece, yeah, that I really like. It feels so good, not nothing else.

52:02 – Tracy Gaudet (Guest)
So Everything else can go. I think what we’re doing is we’re weeding out the wounded masculine of that as well and we are just pulling in the divine masculine, because the masculine’s not bad, just like the feminine’s not bad. They’re both fantastic in their divine essence. But when we’re working with them in their distorted field, in forcing, in pressuring, it’s not going to feel good and we’re going to notice oh, this doesn’t feel good to me, oh, that’s the distorted masculine. That’s not something I want in my business. I want the divine masculine, that one who’s taking action, that one who’s inspiring, who’s empowering. So, just like you said, it’s picking apart what’s going on and pulling the pieces that feel really good.

52:42 – Emily Aarons (Host)
Yeah, and I think sometimes it’s that you do need people who have had that vantage point to help you to find your own as well, and I’ve always subscribed to just a one-size-fits-you business model. We are individuals, we have our own blueprint, we have our own clientele, we have what works in our systems and what doesn’t. I know for me going into 2024 and for folks who listened to my last episode, which was all about I’m not using the launch model in 2024. I’m doing some other stuff. If you haven’t listened to it, it’s a real good one, because I want to feel joy, I want to feel ease, I want to connect with community, I want to have fun, and launching is not synonymous with any of those words for me. So I want to really allow myself to open up.

53:39
So if you don’t have the vantage point that Tracy and I have, that you’ve been in business for a number of years and you can really fine tune what feels good in your body and what doesn’t feel good, you’re still kind of like, listen, I’m a hot mess. I don’t know what up and down is. This is when you would want to lean in and find mentors that can help you to help yourself. So I have a program called the Spiritual Business Accelerator. That’s exactly what the program is. That’s dedicated to helping you build structure into your own flow. I don’t know if the doors will still be open by the time you listen to it, but we’ll put it, we’ll link it in there. Anyway. I know you have some mentoring that you’ve been doing too with people to help them. I’m trying to give people something tangible, because I know it can be so frustrating when people who’ve been at it for so long are like it’s so easy, you just trust.

54:35 – Tracy Gaudet (Guest)
That’s not true. I don’t think like, maybe for some people, maybe for those of us that don’t overthink and you are not prone to like, just like coming up with a million reasons why it was your fault or why it didn’t work out, maybe, maybe there’s people like that. I don’t know them and they’re not me. But I would definitely say the number one thing is remember that you’re human. Like the process that you’re going through is human and it’s messy, it’s not structured, it’s not, it’s not 100% divine, it’s not going to be perfect, it’s not going to feel good all the time, but if you can be gentle with yourself throughout it, you’re going to get over that hump and you’re going to get back into the feeling good. But gentleness with yourself throughout the process, like that’s the biggest thing.

55:20 – Emily Aarons (Host)
Yeah, and the word that’s coming up is safety, and you know, it’s not that I want to criticize the bro marketers, because there was a bit of implied safety that comes with. Here’s the plan. Let me just give you the framework. Here it is. This is the plan. You’ve been missing it, and now here it’s yours. That’s their plan. That worked for them, for sure, but we can also create our own safety, and so the creative process that we’re going to be going into next week is really about finding what’s safe for you.

55:57 – Tracy Gaudet (Guest)
Yes, Mmm, the safety, the all of that root work, all of that stability, that security, that safety so so key.

56:07 – Emily Aarons (Host)
So I would say, as a takeaway for folks who are like, okay, I still don’t know if I can trust my intuition, I don’t know if I’m as self aware as I could be, I would say maybe I’ll, I’ll, I’ll share what I, what’s coming up for me, and I’ll give you a chance to kind of think of, maybe, what you would say for folks who are looking to build their intuitive muscles and to strengthen that trust thing that we’re talking about, I think one of the first things you can start to do, just like I said, you know, when people said I don’t have a morning routine, I don’t have a morning ritual, I would start to look back, look back when you did create something. Or if you are starting to create something, what are you instinctively already doing? Are you writing it down? Are you drawing a picture? Are you making some like visual thing? Are you speaking it out into like an audio, like recorder? What are you instinctively already doing?

57:06
I think that’s part of like you know in, like you’re right out of high school and everyone’s like what are you going to do for the rest of your life? You’re like I don’t know. I’ve been told not to think for myself. What am I supposed to do? This is that next level of, like self-awareness. So, looking back at things you’ve already created, business or not? What do you do? How do you already process thoughts, ideas into I’m doing something? And one of the easiest ways to do this is if anybody has thrown a birthday party or a celebratory event. You’ve probably done some sort of creativity to think about what you’re going to do. You’ve probably or a meal, right. What is your process? How do you think? How do you take action? And like, what do you do?

57:53
I think that that’s a really great way to just sort of look back at what you’ve already done, think about what you have done and see if you can maybe write down what the steps are Like. Okay, like when I first started my business, I didn’t think really I had a process for anything until I realized, well, when I record a podcast, I go to this place and then I start in this and I save it to this place and then I upload it to that. Like, that is a process, and I think this is a great way to kind of, like you said, invite in the masculine to see, like, if I’m already doing this sort of thing already, what is it? What if I had to like list what I do first? Exactly that would I would be. I think that’s one thing that you can start with doing, to look back and then you can start to just listen to that trust of like okay, so this has worked out for me in the past.

58:42 – Tracy Gaudet (Guest)
Mmm.

58:42 – Emily Aarons (Host)
I6.

58:43 – Tracy Gaudet (Guest)
Dang, you’re empowerment. So much with that.

58:45 – Emily Aarons (Host)
Yeah, like I did throw a really good birthday party that time, or I, you know I did host that holiday and like it went pretty good. Like you’ve done it you’ve done it before. Or like you said, cooking a meal, and like you’ve you probably do it every day or somewhat frequently. Whatever you’re, whatever the day sparks, what would you say is some ways that you can start to build trust and sort of move away from the fear of the unknown.

59:15 – Tracy Gaudet (Guest)
I like to pretend is one of the things is okay, I don’t trust right now. That’s fine, that’s legit, that’s valid, that’s how I feel in my body. What would it feel like if I did trust? What would my body language be like? What would I be thinking, what would I be doing? How would I be looking at this? So, just kind of like pretending and using that imagination muscle, which is also your intuition muscle, to start to kind of create that image for the quantum realm, to put that out there. So I would practice pretending and just see, because if you can get your brainwaves onto that same quantum potential that you’re putting out there, then oh, wow, wait, yeah, that can actually come through really easily. Oh, I can actually feel that.

59:58 – Emily Aarons (Host)
But it’s yeah, it’s a feeling it, feeling it real type of situation I would say and yeah, that is so good, because sometimes we’ll say, well, I don’t know, and I don’t know is like a slam steel door versus like what if? What if I could pretend, what if, what if I did know the answer you need to come up with it right then.

01:00:21 – Tracy Gaudet (Guest)
Yeah, what if I did know the answer and you’re going about your day and you’re doing a laundry or whatever you’re doing? What if I didn’t know the answer and you’re just, you’re just sparking that little bit of joy within yourself in order to to light the fire underneath you of the real inspiration?

01:00:35 – Emily Aarons (Host)
Yeah, I think that’s an awesome tip. For everything that opens, yeah, it tends to have closing you down. I think that’s also part of the problem is that when we get ourselves into that you mentioned, like this dryness, this depression, like we can stay in that energy and spiral with that, or we can say like, well, how does it get better than this? What if I did know a way out? What if, perhaps, like, we’re opening the door instead of closing it down?

01:01:03 – Tracy Gaudet (Guest)
And how the answer can come through to you is not necessarily limited to your own imagination, your own inspiration. Somebody could say something to you. You can be presented with noticing a plant medicine. You can be presented with, you know, a new relationship like a colleague or somebody else in business, like be open to how the universe is trying to assist you, because it’s not always going to be the way that you think it’s going to be.

01:01:28 – Emily Aarons (Host)
So, yeah, I’ve had times where I was inspired to like listen to an audio book while I was writing, which is like the wrongest thing in the world, you know, you think, and sometimes having it on the background, or music on the background, there might be a lyric that I’m like that’s exactly how I need to say it. That’s what this program is called, that’s what, and it’s like, oh, it hits you in ways that you would least expect. That is the trust muscle is like, like, like, if I just put the question out there, it’s going to come back to me. That’s just the natural law of things. It’s going to come back. So I love, I love that, pretend, I love that. So, folks, I know you’ve been enjoying this and you’re probably like chomping at the bit, like, well, what’s the process? Take me through the process. So that’s exactly what we’re going to do next week. Tracy is going to walk us through every step how to find your own process, how to tell where your ideas are coming from, to tell where they’re blocked. We’re going to go through our own exercise, where you’re going to really get into the energetics of your own creative process. I’m also personally very excited about it.

01:02:35

01:03:48
One of the things I hear all the time from folks in my community from online, from DMs, from emails is that folks who are in my community. You’re highly sensitive. You’re spiritual entrepreneurs. You want to help people. You genuinely want to help people. You genuinely want to make a difference in the world.

01:04:12
But sometimes you are kind of going about it backwards or in sort of the wrong order. Sometimes we think, oh, we have to only focus on social media and post social media content, and that doesn’t usually work for a number of reasons. And what I want to share with you is that, as spiritual entrepreneurs, we have to do things a little bit differently than other folks. We need to do it in our own way. It needs to feel like a heck yes, in our body. We need to feel lit up, turned on and excited about what we’re doing. Otherwise, it’s just not going to work. That’s why, when we follow other people’s strategies or systems or frameworks, it generally doesn’t work out for us.

01:05:01
So something I’ve kind of done recently is started opening the question well, what if there was another way? What if we could revolutionize your learning experience so that you could have access to me, my teachings, my strategies, currently, not just from things in the past, as a pre-recorded program, but really in the moment? So that’s why I created the Spiritual Business Sessions podcast. It is truly the first private podcast for coaches, healers and leaders. It is literally a whole new category of its own, so that you can really learn how to help other people, how to make a difference and really, in a nutshell, it’s how to attract more clients and how to make more money right now. So each of my bi-weekly sessions will progressively build on the next, so you can learn at a pace that works for you from literally anywhere. So, instead of spending hours on your computer watching pre-recorded courses, you can pop in your earbuds, your headphones and go for a walk out in nature or go sit on your meditation pillow or go lay down in bed whatever feels great for you.

01:06:18
The Spiritual Business Sessions podcast is an amazing opportunity to get unlimited access to dozens of expert trainings by me, directly to you and at the most affordable rate, so that while you’re learning the step-by-step process how to grow your spiritual business, you don’t have to spend a fortune and you also don’t have to take tons of hours to be able to learn it and then implement it. 01:08:19 – Tracy Gaudet (Guest)
So this is a series and it’s really just working with practical energy and working with the energetics as well. So if you’re working on strategy, you’re working on structure, you’re working on vision anything like that bring that and we’re going to plug that all in to really flush it out, really expand the energetics of it, really expand what you want to bring forward from your creativity and from your business throughout this year. And, of course, I’ve got two of my favorites joining me. I’ve got Emily, of course, sharing her magic, and then another one of my business mentors for years, actually one of the most brilliant people on business energetics, polly Hersey, and she’s absolutely amazing. 00:00 – Emily Aarons (Host)
Hey listeners, welcome back to the Align Unstoppable podcast. This is episode 441, and it’s the final episode of 2023. So it’s very fitting that I did something a little bit wild this episode I invited my community to join me for a live recording. We had a tremendous show up and people’s minds were blown. This is definitely a podcast you’re going to want to listen to over and over again, and I would absolutely invite you to head over to the podcast page because a lot of it is very visual and I share some really great strategies in here that you can take and implement right away in your own business. So if you’re enjoying the audio, definitely go through the audio, but if I were you, I would head over to the podcast episode link and watch the video too. This is basically an in-depth training that probably I could have charged $97 per person before. It is that good. So in this week’s episode, you are going to hear me do a full debrief of 2023 launches what worked and what didn’t. I’m going to take you through, step by step, a strategy that has worked for me, along with the stats that you’re wanting to know. I mean heading into creating a real business.

01:18
Sometimes people shy away from looking at their numbers, they shy away from creating a plan, and that’s likely two of the culprits that are keeping you stuck in a perpetual broke cycle not selling programs, not really growing and year after year kind of at the same juncture. So if you’re somebody who you’ve been kind of thinking about being a coach, being a healer, practitioner, or you already have a business and it’s kind of like a hobby or like a second job, or maybe it is your primary thing You’re just really not making great money. My guess is that there’s a lot of different pieces of structure, of planning, of looking at the numbers and really shifting so that you can take what is basically a hobby and shifting it into a true professional, really high level business. So this episode is going to be really geared for those folks who are like let’s change it in 2024. I’d like to stop struggling so much financially and I’d like to actually make an impact in this world and really make a difference in people’s lives, as well as making a really successful business, having a lucrative income, having financial freedom.

02:38
So if that’s something that appeals to you, there’s a couple of great recommendations I want to start off with. So everything will be linked in the show notes, so if you’re driving or you’re out walking, you really can’t write it down. That’s OK, but there’s a few really important resources I want you to be aware of. The first resource is that I am going to be launching a brand new podcast for only $8 a month. That is basically a business course that you take on the go. It is going to be two sessions every single month high level classes, trainings, workshops that I again could be charging a lot more money for, but if you would like to have access to them and not have to spend thousands on business courses that you’re never even going to do anyway, this is a great way to have access to these teachings. It’s called the Aligned and Unstoppable Spiritual Business Sessions. We’ll have that linked below emilyaronscom forward slash sessions.

03:35
The second resource I want you to just kind of feel into is something I mentioned at the end of this podcast, which is really I’m not offering it on the podcast. I’m just sort of mentioning as part of one of my overall strategies and sort of what I’m focusing on, which is the upcoming program. It’s a 12 month program for folks that I just mentioned, people who are ready to shift out of being more of an amateur as a business owner and shifting into a professional. So people who have a plan, who have a strategy, who look at their numbers, who go all right. Well, that was OK, but how can I make it even better? If you’re somebody who is really wanting to dedicate yourself and commit yourself to your craft and being of service to people in 2024, I have such an amazing program that’s about to kick off, in January, with myself and my COO, amanda Pickering, whom you’ll hear on this episode. It’s called the Spiritual Business Accelerator. It’s a 12 month program. It’s an amazing incubator for folks who are needing that structure, needing the handholding, needing a plan and having people to hold you accountable to really achieving your dreams Beyond.

04:47
Just I posted on social media. No one liked it, no one’s buying my programs. Boohoo, I’m not a good person. Nobody likes my stuff. So if you’re ready to say goodbye to that sort of old kind of woe is me mindset and open up to what if this could be my only gig? What if this business could make me six figures a year? What if I could actually impact thousands of people instead of just like a handful of close friends and family members? So if that’s for you again. We’ll have the Spiritual Business Accelerator program linked in the show notes below.

05:26
I would highly recommend you check it out for a couple of reasons. One, it’s a game changer, and I know the folks who are already in it, who are already committed to doing this work, are at that level where they’re like I’m not playing, this is it. It’s go time. I want to build a real business. So the link will be below, as well as the Spiritual Business Sessions. Those are two great resources that I want to make sure that you are aware of.

05:48
So in this week’s episode it’s going to be different than anything else. So if you’re brand new here and this is the first episode you’ve heard of mine warm welcome. This is like some next level stuff you’re about to listen to. In this week’s episode I dive into. I really pull back the curtain. I’m showing you exactly what it takes to have a million dollar brand. So I would highly recommend you head over to the podcast website to watch this video. It is a video and a very visual training that I’ve created that I could have charged probably hundreds of dollars for for people to attend it, but I didn’t, and I’m also making it available for you as a free resource as well. So this episode you’re going to learn actionable strategy that you can take action on. Literally as soon as you’re done with this, you can start getting the wheels turning.

06:36
In fact, the folks who joined me on the live broadcast were having their minds blown. They were like I can’t even believe this. I had this plan to do X and now I’m going to do Y. People who were saying, emily, I can’t even believe this. I didn’t realize that you knew this much information about building businesses and that was one of the best components they could give me. But also it alerted me to say I really don’t show this side of me a lot publicly. In some of my higher level mentorship programs, my coaching programs, I like to be very vocal and very visible and I don’t like to hide my numbers. I want to show people who I am because, honestly, I feel like this online industry is way too saturated with people who are fluffing their numbers, leading with these sexy six figures in six days, and it’s total BS. And really one of the things that people admire the most about me is my authenticity and I like to say, yeah, this worked or this didn’t work. And in this episode.

07:36
I’m going to share the long game Because a lot of folks we’re just looking at can I get somebody to book a session with me today or this week? I’m not looking at what is the long game. And if I nurture people over the course of a few months or a couple of years, what is the trajectory? Where are they going? Where am I actually intending to take them? And so I want to help you to zoom out a little bit instead of being so close to. I posted, nobody liked, I offered my thing and nobody bought. Zoom out, because that’s really what professional business owners do they’re looking at strategy, they’re looking at the long game and they’re not taking the wins or the losses personally. So you’re going to hear a lot about that.

08:19
I think you’re going to see me in a whole different angle for some of you, and I’m really excited to share this week’s episode with you. So let’s get into the live recording of this week’s podcast about ease and abundance going into 2024. I hope you love it. If you do, please tag me, share it with a friend, let people know that you’ve enjoyed this episode and please let me know if you enjoy this episode. And if you do enjoy this episode. You are going to totally love the brand new upcoming podcasts, the spiritual business sessions. All right, let’s get into it.

08:54
You’re listening to the Aligned and Unstoppable podcast. I’m your host, emily Arons. I’m an entrepreneur and highly sought-after energy healer with over two decades in practice. I’m a mixture of high-vib energy and cutting-edge strategy with a little dash of unfiltered real talk, making this the one and only podcast that gives you a down-to-earth approach to business and spirituality. Tune in each week to get out of the stress of overworking so you can build a brand in alignment with your soul’s purpose. All right, warm welcome to the Aligned and Unstoppable podcast. I am your host, emily Arons.

10:01
Today is an extra, extra, extra special podcast episode I have. Years ago. I would get super inspired to do a podcast. I would take all these notes and I’d like I can’t wait till it releases in two months. I have to do it live today and I would do a Facebook live and then we would both produce the audio and the video at a way later date. Well, I got really inspired to share what was coming up as I was recapping 2023 and then opening up for 2024. And I was like you know what? We got to do this as a live podcast. So today I am joined by some wonderful people in my I’m calling it my live studio audience. I remember back in the day when there was TV shows and instead of having a laugh track, they’d have actual humans laughing at real jokes. So this is the Aligned and Unstoppable equivalent of that. So warm welcome and I’m really excited that you guys decided to be here with me today. You’re totally adding a lot of energy and I’ve already started to ground myself before this recording.

11:08
So let’s dive right into this. This is probably going to be the longest podcast episode you’ve ever heard of mine. I’m hoping to do an hour, but I also will be interacting with folks who are here on Zoom with me. So if you all have questions, if you all have whatever comes up, I’m happy to keep up with the comments. My COO, amanda’s here. She’s going to be on the podcast with me, so what we’re going to do is we’re going to take about an hour, I would assume, to go through these three big things. Also, I think Shana is here with us as well, my team member, so Shana can keep up with the comments if I miss anything. Also, if you haven’t already changed your name in the chat, please make sure you update your name. I think it’s Mercury Retrograde, something who knows.

11:52
So today on this podcast, I’m talking about how I’m unlocking ease and abundance in 2024. We’re going to go over my 2023 launch recap what worked, what didn’t buy, your trends and I’m going to explain a launch strategy timeline. I know there might be some folks you can drop it in the chat. If you’re maybe kind of relatively new to your entrepreneurship journey, let’s just say making less than like 50, I mean, more realistically, it’s probably more like $20,000 a year, but let’s just say under $50,000 a year in your business, maybe new to entrepreneurship, maybe haven’t quite planned things. I’m going to go over really, really easy to follow strategy timeline. So how, if you want to start implementing some of the things I’m teaching, but then also, at the end I’m going to open up for folks who are a little bit more advanced, who’ve done a few launches in there over the years and already sort of like that next step.

12:48
So another thing I’m going to go over is my non-launch strategy and why I’m not launching in 2024. And I feel like we should have fireworks explosion on this slide because that’s honestly how I feel and I’ll get to that. And we’re also going to go over how to create a business you love so you can work less and make more money passively and repeatedly. Who doesn’t love that? So let’s dive right in, folks. The recap so I created 12 new programs or offerings. So if that sounds like a lot, it’s because it is, and I’m going to ask Amanda to unmute to yourself because I know I’m going to be talking a lot. So I want you to jump in here and share sort of what that means. Like what are 12 new programs and offerings?

13:36 – Amanda Pickering (Co-host)
Yeah. So, just so you know, at the beginning of 2023, our plan was to not create anything new and to come yeah, it really was right, it was oh my god, I remember this conversation and to work with what we had. Spirit had other ideas and there were some really awesome things that came through that needed to come through. However, 12 new programs and offerings is a lot, but they were also some things that we repurposed that we had before.

14:05
Emily’s been doing this a long time. She’s been in the online space for what? Seven years, yeah, and so there’s a lot that’s been created in that time, and things can get left behind that is still really valuable and really useful, and this is also, you know, for you guys. In being business owners, it’s very easy to discount your own work and be like, well, that was for that time, but very often it can be repackaged and repurposed to serve your soulmate client. So we did do that. We also had nine big launches, and that was a lot. Again, our plan was to not launch as much, and I think we’ve gotten there now, but it did take some time. So when we did this, we were like, wow, this is a lot.

14:46 – Emily Aarons (Host)
And I will interject there, because the nine big launches were because things were coming in so clearly but we needed to test them. So you know, it was sort of like retrying and retrying and retrying, but it was sometimes just like slight modifications of the same thing.

15:05 – Amanda Pickering (Co-host)
Yeah, for sure. And then, of course, emily has a podcast and I’ve been unstoppable, and so we recorded 23 new podcast episodes and also ran for group programs. To was integrated energy alignment certification, and to was the accelerated path, and we are still alive to tell the tale.

15:24 – Emily Aarons (Host)
Whoo. So I’m just curious, for folks who are here with me live, does that sound like a lot, like an average of, like, what you put out there or what you know to be put out there so much? Yeah, it is so much. And it’s funny that you mentioned, amanda, that we’re like no new programs. So like, listen, I just told you I’m not going to launch in 2024. And we just said I said I wasn’t going to make anything new in 23. So like, maybe we have the best of intentions, but that’s not always what Spirit has planned for us. So you know, we just follow the energy. So here are some of the top metrics the list growth we added 4000, well, over 4000 people.

16:05
I also cleaned 3500 cold subscribers, so folks who have like 100 people on your email list and you’re like, oh my God, I know all of them and I have a 90% open rate and I don’t want to lose anybody, I only want to add people. There gets a point where you’re just like this is dead weight, my open rates suck. People aren’t clicking, they’re not opening. In fact, I don’t even know where this person came from, or they may have came from something that was so outdated that like it’s not even really relevant that they’re on your list anymore.

16:33
So it does take a fair amount of like pretty big ovaries to be like All right, I’m just going to hit delete now. And then they’re just all these people and I paid money for ads to acquire and they’re gone. Okay, okay, I can do this, and so there’s a little bit of that coping that has to happen to say goodbye. I mean, if I said would you like 3500 new leads, you’d be like hell yeah. So it’s a little bit, it’s a lot. I’m going to stop talking. I want you to talk because I’m going to talk a lot.

17:00 – Amanda Pickering (Co-host)
Our overall conversion, which is going from someone joined something free and then they joined something that is paid and offering, was 3%. We’ll get into like industry standards in a little while, so you can kind of understand the context. Our live show up rate for free webinars was 10%. I’m really excited to say that today we’re at 20%, so that’s cool, but average was 10. So this is probably our highest shot rate actually this year.

17:28 – Emily Aarons (Host)
Oh my gosh, everyone, get yourself around the point. So you’re going to do a free thing, and then you did it.

17:36 – Amanda Pickering (Co-host)
And then when we did paid webinars so whatever amount that was we had a 50% shot rate, which shows that, of course, when people put any kind of investment in even if it’s $5, they are more invested, they have skin in the game and they show up, which is also nice for the person running the webinar. And then a great statistic is that we’ve had 77,744 podcasts down those just this year, which is awesome.

18:01 – Emily Aarons (Host)
Yay, and somehow 77 keeps repeating for me lately, so I was very tickled to get that angel number again. So industry standards.

18:10 – Amanda Pickering (Co-host)
Yes, industry standards, just so you know, because I think sometimes I’ve heard a lot of the time in the work that we do people are disappointed when, say, 50%, they get 50% open rates. Or you know, 9% of their email list buy, just so you know, that’s really really really good. So, industry standards as of 2023 is 1% to 3% conversion rate, meaning people that were free and go to pain for any service and it has dropped in that in 2019. It was 3% to 5% and it’s very clear why the world has changed drastically and we’ll get into what that looks like and buy a trends. And then the average email open rate for 2023 was 21%. Again, when we are working with people, coaching people, they can get really upset if their open rate is, you know, 40% and that is exceptional. So, just so you have an idea of what the industry standards is, it helps to kind of see where you’re at and what might need to tweak if, like, it’s well below this, for example.

19:09 – Emily Aarons (Host)
And I would just say you’re probably going to already feel like this isn’t a typical podcast. You’re going to want to have a pen and paper with you because it’s going to get really technical really fast. This is very high level, and so the fact that you showed up for this or you’re listening to this on the podcast, it means you’re ready for that next level of insights and knowledge. So, like, this is great. I’m really happy that you guys wanted to be here and geek out with me. So what works? Managing our energy?

19:38 – Amanda Pickering (Co-host)
Managing our energy.

19:39
And what this looks like for us personally is that when we are in launches, emily and I meet every single day of the launch in the week, even if it’s just 20 minutes, and we do what we know to do, which is connect with our spirit, guides, pull cards and really manage our energy, and that is, you know, just kind of insight and knowledge.

20:00
That is actually like the most important and hardest thing to do in a launch, because if you’ve had a launch, you know what it can feel like, where you get to. You might have a great first day or you might not. And then you get to day two or three and you think I’m done, I suck, this is just going terribly, I’m just going to give up and close doors, I’m going to go to bed and hide right. And one of the most important things we can do is to manage our energy and that launch and remember why we’re doing it and see it through to the end. And one of the things that we do is we, when we, when we get to a launch, we judge its success by do we feel that we did everything we possibly could or do we have that feeling of we didn’t really give it our all. That’s actually failure for us if we didn’t show up fully so that really worked. Well is managing our energy, yeah.

20:47 – Emily Aarons (Host)
And I also say you know it’s really you all know most of you probably feel like there’s a part of you still kind of in hiding or maybe totally still hiding. You know where it feels kind of scary or unsafe to post on social media to show your face or to email people every week or to ask people in DMs if they want to hop on a call or like any of the things that are really qualifying you as a professional business. It can feel really scary. And so when you actually do the thing to like put yourself out there like Amanda said is like being able to go all out is a big deal, but also what it takes to go out, like because you know you could go, oh, the open rates are not good, or the sign up rates are not good, or people aren’t buying. That’s not good.

21:33
And every day it is like a minefield. Every day you’re like I’m the best, I’m unstoppable. It was like 9am and like by 10th and you’re like why don’t people like me? I hate this and like you’re going to die. You know when you go, okay, I’m just going to go outside, I’m going to shake it off, I’m going to reset, and you get back out and you’re like no, I’m totally a badass, I’m going to do a Facebook live and then you sell something and you’re like, right, totally.

22:00
So that’s what I mean by manage your energy, because there’s highs and lows 9000 times a day. This is also what is what we’re going to talk about, why I’m not going to be doing that. Because managing your energy for seven years, nine times a year is a real lot. A real lot, Okay, continuing daily intuitive check ins with guidance, like Amanda mentioned. We check with our guides, we open up intuitively, we’ll pull cards, we’ll use a pendulum so many different tools that we pull out. That doesn’t just look like. Let’s look at numbers and data. As you all know, I’m that unicorn. I blend soul and strategy, spiritual and strategy, Like it’s both, and it’s never just one or the other, and that’s always worked really well for us.

22:43 – Amanda Pickering (Co-host)
Yeah, so we did spend some money on Facebook ads this year, and what we found is that they worked really well for free workshops, and what I mean by that is we got a lot of people signing up for low cost per lead, and we also have those people at not all of them, obviously, but we were reaching the right people and then they were buying other offers and programs, which is exactly what you want from Facebook ads.

23:07 – Emily Aarons (Host)
Yeah, and fast action and cart close bonuses. Those always got people motivated to say yes and I don’t think it needs anymore. For further explanation, the 10 minute clarity calls for people for two programs. One was I a program as well as actually that’s the next one. The two programs were the accelerated path and I a and I okay great.

23:30 – Amanda Pickering (Co-host)
We had too many launches. And then I will say as well, with the fast action bonuses we had about 50% of our people sign up because of that. So that’s a huge percentage and it’s also really encouraging and the kind of confidence boost when you’re in a launch to get that at the beginning. It’s not always like that. Sometimes we’re like all right there and we’re like where is everybody? You know, there is a bit of both. And then the last thing was we did introduce 15 minute interviews for IEA applicants, which is integrated energy alignment, practitioner training. We just have an application form before, but we it’s really setting a new standard for practitioners and energy healing and we thought it was really important to put an interview in just to really get a feel for that person, decide if they’re right, fit for the program, and that’s really like up to the integrity of this program and also just the energy in it and the success rate and pass rate. So really, totally same.

24:28 – Emily Aarons (Host)
And the last thing is Facebook lives showing people who I am, what I do and a taste of what they’ll get when they work with me. I know probably a lot of people on this live. I recognize you and whether we’ve done lives together, you’ve been on the programs or whatever, and I think that’s part of that. You know we’re in this digital virtual world. We can’t like walk into a coffee shop and like get to know somebody, and so the closer you can allow people to you, I think the better, which is what we’re going to get into, also about like by your trends. So what didn’t work? So I paid workshops to cold audiences. It only worked for the warm. So yeah, I’m nice and to learn an expensive lesson to learn and hard.

25:12 – Amanda Pickering (Co-host)
The other thing that didn’t work is trying to replicate anything pre 2020. We really do live in a different world right now, and we’ll talk about by trends in a minute, but what may have worked wonderfully well and literally replicating you know emails and how we do things just did not work this year. Again, a harder lesson to learn.

25:31 – Emily Aarons (Host)
Or even just trying to get the same result with the repeating launch. So, like I said, we did nine launches. A handful of them were the same exact emails, the same exact workshop, the same exact offer, the same exact bonuses, and we had different results. So before 2020, you could pretty much duplicate things and I did all the time. I did intuition week five times. Four of those times had very similar, comparable results. The fifth time was this year. So very different results in social media posts that we’re selling. So if I posted something like doors are open, here’s my program, they tanked. So if you’re doing a lot of that kind of posting, people oftentimes don’t even get it in their newsfeed because the algorithms will not prioritize it. Not only will people not see it, but if they do see it, they don’t engage with it, and so you have to get really creative with how you put yourself out there, versus just like blatantly like my doors are open and you can buy my thing now. No one cares.

26:39 – Amanda Pickering (Co-host)
And what didn’t work is team members taking time off during their launch, during during our launches. We do have team members on this team and it’s really important that we’re all not just available physically but energetically, because we doesn’t. We have the approach, there’s no hierarchy within our team and everybody’s been there and their role is important. So it’s really important not as important many times that it’s not just a physical being there, but actually energetically and holding the space together and realizing that each one of us is super important. So we’ve kind of tweak that so that everyone is always around, whatever launch we’re doing or offering.

27:20 – Emily Aarons (Host)
Hey friend, I wanted to hop into this podcast episode to share with you my favorite coffee alternative that doesn’t give you anxiety or stress or make you have an afternoon crash. That is why I’m talking about mushroom coffee. And listen, I have been a coffee lover for most of my life. I like it, drink it black. I really do love the taste of coffee, so finding a good tasting coffee that performed well, that didn’t give me the jitters, was really important for me, and I’ve tried a whole bunch of them, and the one that I’ve really become obsessed with over the last year plus is called everyday dose. It is a blend of mushrooms from the fruiting body, not just the mycelium, so it has lion’s mane and chaga. It also does have a coffee extract in it, so it does taste like coffee. Plus, it has collagen and L-theanine, so L-theanine is something I also take on a regular because it helps with lowering stress, and as busy entrepreneurs, I know you got stress.

28:43

29:23 – Amanda Pickering (Co-host)
Your Trends, yes, so buy your trends. And so this is what I was saying before pre-2020,. Things have changed a lot since then, and one thing that we have seen is that customers want to feel safety, they want to feel trust and they want to feel security, and what that looks like is from the emails to even what the sales page looks like, to really explaining the program and to having space for people to touch base with you. So, for example, our clarity calls, the interview calls you know Emily would do some Q&A calls and Facebook lives. We’ve got the amazing Shauna in the inbox answering questions and taking time over things. I’m sure a lot of you have had interaction with her. We have a chat bot on some of our websites, so lots of different ways for people to feel heard, to be able to have their questions answered and to just have interaction with us.

30:18 – Emily Aarons (Host)
That has been a huge thing, particularly in the last couple of years being human, I mean, and people need to hear about your offer consistently, not only in a launch. So that is definitely something that I’m taking into 2024, that I’ll be talking more about Mm-hmm.

30:34 – Amanda Pickering (Co-host)
Okay. And then big R half for us was, even if it felt like a launch failed, we never lost sight of what the big mission was. And for many of you that may have been in launches and maybe no one signed up or very few people signed up, it’s very easy to get into like failure mode and run and hide and decide that what it means about you. But one thing that we’ve, I think, been really good at in this company is never making failed launches or things not going to plan about us as humans, but rather information from our customers about how we can shift things.

31:06 – Emily Aarons (Host)
Well, I’ll add to that we don’t take anything personally, whether it’s a win or it’s a loss, right, don’t, just don’t take it personally. I think that’s also the difference. When you are more of like an amateur you’re newer at it, it’s a hobby business Like if somebody doesn’t buy your thing, you’re like why? And you go into a downward spiral for God knows how long, or indefinitely maybe, but that’s also part of it. I’m gonna see it sometimes. But when you don’t take it personally, then you can look at it level headed and like an engineer and you look at the different parts and pieces, like, well, will this work? That didn’t work, that part’s trashed, and so we just don’t take any win or loss personally. I’ll just say that.

31:44 – Amanda Pickering (Co-host)
No, that’s very true. And even when things have felt like a failure, it’s actually given us ideas for another product. So give you an example January of this year, we launched a program called this Quantum Success Experience. I think it was yeah, yeah, and it can be anyone from the name of it yeah, like it completely bombed, like it was like hardly anyone bore, and we thought it was brilliant. And it was like what happened. And then what we did, through guidance, is we offered the same program, again under a different name, but we put, like I was just saying, a lot more safety around it, a lot more security around it. We had a proper sales page, we had FAQs, we had Q&As, we had a money back guarantee, we had lots of different things to help people feel safe, and it was a huge success.

32:32
And then, in August not so much, and this is like what Emily was saying like we replicated so many things, but it didn’t hit the same way. And what we realized is we needed to create something, a lower price product, which was the Accelerated Path DIY, which is the exact same program without the live coaching element to it, which made it more affordable for people, and people did jump at that, and it’s also something that’s now evergreen, which, for online entrepreneurs, is always a beautiful thing to hear. And then from that as well, from running the Accelerated Path a few times, we realized that people needed something before that. Our impression of the Accelerated Path was it was, I would say, I don’t mean this in a rude way, but like basic kind of training. But what we found is that a lot of people’s starting point was a little bit further back, so what they needed was something even before the Accelerated Path to make the most of it. So that’s building your spiritual business.

33:26 – Emily Aarons (Host)
And I’ll say this we realized that with frustration. Oh yes, because while we were holding these live calls and teaching, it was like we were doing these face pumps, like how is this question coming up? And it’s not to shame or blame or to criticize students, but that’s part of what happens when you become an expert is what you think is basic is actually further advanced than where most people are at. So that’s like kudos to us. We’ve grown, we’ve evolved, we’re so smart, but also we need to be able to speak to people at the level that they are coming in at. And I think that’s also the problem with a lot of online courses that you know. Obviously, most people don’t even they’ll buy them, but they won’t do them and they don’t complete them, so they don’t get the benefit of it. But a lot of those programs you know, some of them teach you from like here’s how to open your computer. But most of them are more advanced. So it helped us to realize well, I do have this older course that if I just revamped it it would be absolutely perfect right before the accelerated path. So you know, it’s not that we’re throwing away all the old stuff that we ever did. We’re sometimes repurposing it. And can I give Gustav a shout out here?

34:36
Gustav is Amanda’s husband and he also is really great at channeling and getting great information intuitively. He’s like our little secret weapon. But one of the things that came up with the Quantum Success Launch is he realized he saw a bread pudding and he’s like you have to repurpose the old crusty bread with something sweet, and so, taking that analogy and taking that guidance, it allowed us to birth this new thing. And then so, and then another aha was that Mastering Ascension members are five times more likely to sign up for other offerings than non-members. So that’s like a huge lipo. But we always knew this because we saw, oh, when this Mastermind opens or when this next program opens, it’s always the folks who’ve been in Mastering Ascension, because they get more of me, they get nurtured, they get the healing, they get my personality, they get me sort of behind the paywall, but they get more of me. So it’s like, oh, that makes perfect sense and it also is what I love doing. I love, love, love Mastering Ascension and it’s getting even Okay.

35:37 – Amanda Pickering (Co-host)
So, as we got clear on our Saltmay client, we reduced the time it takes a customer to buy from us from two years to just days or weeks, which is a massive win. And this really came because I’ve been CEO for about a year now here and one of the things that I love to do is analyze data because I like to see the trends, and what I started seeing was like, first of all, with Mastering Ascension wow, like all the time we’re seeing that Mastering Ascension members are filling up the programs and also we had a well, maybe you want to talk to this because this was like your thing about this time last year when you had that huge, like our heart of who you’re here to serve. It’s so scary.

36:21 – Emily Aarons (Host)
Oh well, we were working with a consultant and essentially she we were kind of at this crossroads of like who are we talking to? It’s either the all of these entrepreneurs who might have an interest in spirituality, or it is practitioners, coaches, healers, aspiring leaders, and to me I was like it’s clear to me, I know who it is. It’s these outstanding practitioners. It’s the latter, and even as I say that, can I get a full body chill? But that little pivot for me it was scary because I felt like all of you, you know, I want to help all the broken birds, I want to help all of the people. He deserves this love and healing. And I’m niching down really, really narrowly. And it also felt like this is the right thing to do. And really what drove it was the IEA certification, because that certification brought me to, well, my breaking point Now. It brought me to, brought me to this place where I was so crystal clear Like I’m on a mission to help millions of outstanding practitioners build successful businesses. So that is my North Star. Folks, if you haven’t heard me say that 900 times, I don’t even know if you’ve been hanging out with me. So that is my North Star and that is where I want to align to, and so, once I’ve figured that out, it’s like this is who I’m talking to now and it’s not that people who aren’t those things don’t join my programs. People who aren’t those things don’t join my programs all the time. But it was so wonderful to say like oh, a man is like, oh, looks like this person’s been on your email list for six years. Oh, this person’s been on your email list for two years. And now it’s like oh, this person just joined this launch and they’ve just bought things. Like, okay, that’s how you know you’re going deeper and you’re really connecting with folks All right Now like super nerdy who’s ready to get nerdy, folks who are listening to this podcast.

38:12
I would recommend you watch the video version of this part kind of going forward. You don’t have to, but it’s going to be a lot easier. We have slides going up right now. I probably should have started by saying that I’m not editing it. We have slides because there’s so much that we wanted to share and there are so many different types of learners. I know I’m a visual kind of gal. Sometimes this is too much in like your brain is going to explode if you just try to like speak at somebody, so I would definitely invite you to watch it. You can check it out on my podcast website. We’ll probably share it on YouTube. I don’t know, we’ll see. I think it’s probably just going to be on my website. Nobody wants to sit. I don’t know, maybe that’s just a start. I’m going to do it, emily.

38:55
Okay, so this is the launch strategy timeline example. This is basically, if we kind of zoom out, we’re going to give you the step by step, the play by play strategy of what we did and you can take with it what you like. Put your own, insert your offer in. I hope it gets your juices flowing and excited. So we call this day zero. It’s the free. How to clear your money blocks training. We did this in March. Some of you were there, many of you were there. Thank you for coming.

39:31
So 3% who showed up live actually purchased on the call. So what are we at right now? We’re at over 20% show up rate for this podcast. This is wild friends. So out of there’s it says 27,. Three year us. So 24 people. 10% is two and a point four. So like not even one person would buy if this is selling something. Just so we’re clear what I’m talking about. So, out of the people who show up, nobody would buy today. I’m also not selling anything today, but basically the people who did show up 3% who should have bought, that’s like. That was like the biggest ever and I was so excited the overall conversion. So the folks who signed up for how to clear your money blocks, free training, which was I don’t know how many people yeah, it was don’t laugh at me, but it was 788.

40:26 – Amanda Pickering (Co-host)
Jesus, hey everybody. They’re seared in my mind.

40:33 – Emily Aarons (Host)
A lot of 788 people. We had 3% buy, which was like 20 something. Yeah, right, yeah, whatever yeah Around, that. The math, the math yeah.

40:51
That was 1 to 3% nowadays, so 3%. I felt pretty good about that. So to get that conversion rate, we sent 23 emails, folks, in a week. Yeah, Gasp, Clutch your pearls we had a 33% open rate. Industry standard is 21. So still, we’re doing pretty good. So that was.

41:13
What we sold was the accelerated path for 1,997. That was from April to June. Some of you who came to that are like wow, behind the scenes, this is great. The accelerated path is a three month coaching, teaching and healing program. Out of that, 16% join the integrated energy alignment certification. Pretty good, right. We sent out 22 emails with a 29.6% open rate A little lower, Still magical.

41:46
So I want you to see the timeline above. Please don’t forget the timeline above. So day zero, the free workshop 30 days. We had some folks join a paid program. 120 days later they joined a second paid program. So if you do the math, that’s about 2,000. This is about six. One person could have spent well at the least $8,000 from a free program, free workshop. So think about that. We get all worked up because no one bought our thing the day that we offered and no one even knew it was coming. There’s a lot of nurturing that goes on leading up to this free workshop, then after the free workshop and then so on.

42:30
So just to give you a bigger sort of scaled out view, the IEA practitioner training is the blend of energy and business, is the first and only energy-based training with a profit guarantee. We have outstanding practitioners who are building wonderful businesses. Out of that, we had 22% that joined the spiritual business accelerator program. Now this was a much smaller list. We had only since out five emails, but we had a pretty decent open rate of 45%. Now this program I really have not spoke about publicly. I’m gonna tell you a little bit more about it later and the reason why we have it. But again, just like Amanda was saying like at the beginning of like we had this program and we see, actually people need something before this program. So we’re seeing these trends and we’re saying how can I be of service a little bit more.

43:20
So the spiritual business accelerator program is a 12 month coaching container focusing on business planning and strategy. The reason why is because we actually saw, both with the IEA practitioners and with the accelerated path students, that they just don’t have any planning and strategy. Like I’m teaching it to them in IEA, but they don’t have the time to implement it and get support. They’re getting it and then the program is pretty much over and they’re kind of that’s. They have it but we haven’t seen as much students be able to put it in at the scale that we are looking at, Like it’s still a little bit amateur, it’s still a little bit green and they’re not pushing themselves as much as it takes to become like a real professional business doing this work.

44:08
And it’s no shade to them, it just is what it is. We’ve seen three rounds of students now who’ve gone through it. This is a statistic, isn’t an opinion, it’s not a criticism. It’s just like okay, you need some more support If you’re ready for that next level. And IEA students are freaking amazing. It’s that next level that’s ready for them, so key takeaways.

44:28 – Amanda Pickering (Co-host)
Key takeaways is we’ve mentioned this already but it’s a long game which requires strategy. So like we just showed some people who joined on day zero they may. What we showed is like a perfect kind of line, but not everyone will follow that. Some people will go from a free workshop and no one buys and you think it’s a failure to buying like a 5, 10k program later down the line. So like we had someone join the accelerated path who hadn’t bought from Emily and had been on her list for seven years before she bought anything Seven years, right. So it is a long game. It is about nurturing and it also needs to have strategy behind it. It’s not just like throwing things against the wall. Oh, somebody’s annotating. Oh, disable annotation for others.

45:18 – Emily Aarons (Host)
Is that gonna stay there forever?

45:19 – Amanda Pickering (Co-host)
Yeah, I think you have to stop sharing and then disable annotation and then reshare.

45:24 – Emily Aarons (Host)
Okay, so it does require a strategy. Like we said, like that’s why the spiritual business accelerate became a thing is like there needs to be a strategy.

45:33 – Amanda Pickering (Co-host)
So if you don’t have a strategy in place, like we said, and don’t know your numbers or look at them, you will fail to see what’s working so that you can repeat them and keep going. So a lot of people can get afraid of metrics and numbers, but actually it’s so important to keep them and I use a very simple system Like I will literally be writing down how many people showed up live, what was the percentage of the people that actually signed up versus who came live. Okay, and then you know what’s great if you only have five people join a program is you can look at each of them individually, if you have an email management system and follow their path and be like well, so how did they come in? And then what did they buy? And then you can really start to get ideas of like oh, so I should do more of this. So we found this with.

46:16
So many of our customers have come through previous years of Intuition Week or Intuition Month. Now Emily won’t mind me saying that last I think it was last September when she ran Intuition Month she was like, well, that failed, that didn’t go to plan and actually and a lot of that was because it was just, it was a long time as well, but we have seen that some people that bought nothing then ended up buying a higher price program came through Intuition Month and at the time it just felt like, well, what was the point of that? So, but when you have a strategy in place and when you know your numbers, you’re able to see those trends. If you don’t, then you miss them. Yes, absolutely.

46:51 – Emily Aarons (Host)
I just saw a comment from Marilyn. She said this is so awesome to have this info. I’m so impressed with your business sense, emily, love it. An incredible team building. You have created an amazing team. You know what, marilyn, that was the best compliment ever. Thank you.

47:05
And I think I just want to say this Like I wouldn’t be where I am today if I didn’t have this business sense and I’ve been my first business. I opened when I was 22 years old, but what I’ve been learning in online business is night and day different than what I did in my brick and mortar wellness center gazillion years ago. If I knew what I know now, like if I knew it then, man, it’d be a different story, but it wasn’t supposed to be. But this is also what I want to impart. I want to make my wisdom, my knowledge, my experience, my wins, my losses all of this. I want to make me, all of this wisdom more accessible to people. That’s part of my intention going forward. So thank you for the acknowledgement and also shout out to my brick and team so great. Also, when you said that, amanda, how exciting it is to look back at where people came from.

47:55
Not everybody is excited to look back at these minute details, which is why it’s important as especially lightworkers, healers, coaches, aspiring like. We are not built that way sometimes and our brain might not geek out about those numbers, which is why it’s so critical and so important to have whether it’s a contractor who is like Amanda’s, my COO, but for six, well, seven years she wasn’t and I still had to look at these numbers we need to hire outside contractors who can, whether it’s a coach, whether it’s a mentor, somebody who knows business, because really, when it’s by yourself, you’re not going to learn anything, you’re not going to geek out, you’re not going to see trends, you’re not going to see what’s working, what’s not working. So, just as like a little bit of like a step back, like she geeks out about it, I geek out about it, but not everybody does. So it’s OK if you don’t, but you’ve got to get information. So, and it might take months before somebody buys, as we’ve seen seven years.

48:57
I was so happy when she joined I was like tell me more. She’s like I remember when you were holding your first baby I was like, oh my god, that’s another world. But once they do buy and this is a standard statistic, this isn’t my personal statistic. When people buy once, they are 67% more likely to buy again. So more on this later.

49:21 – Amanda Pickering (Co-host)
You cannot judge a launch in isolation, like we’ve kind of covered this, but very often you can look at one launch and think, well, well, that didn’t work, only to see and this has actually happened to us where, like we thought something didn’t work and someone from that failed launch actually invested 20 grand in other programs. All of a sudden it doesn’t feel like we failed, right. So it’s really important to do some kind of debrief after any kind of launch you do, even if it’s just writing down the most basic numbers, so that you can see the progression and see where people are coming from. But you might hate it in the moment, but it really provides useful data so that you can make informed decisions as well.

50:02 – Emily Aarons (Host)
Yeah, that personally that part right. There is what I’m really personally excited about with the Spiritual Business Accelerator Program that we’re going to be helping entrepreneurs to launch and to look and do debriefs, to look at the data so that they can get the help and the support to go oh this worked, that didn’t work, let’s try this again. Let’s not do that again. That is so, so important. And when you look back, like when Amanda said you’re never going to guess where so and so came from I’m like where You’re like oh, that failed launch did intuition month that you thought was total crap.

50:37
Yeah, that one and then we go that is the thing, right. When anything happens in life, it’s not just business, but when anything happens, when it’s happening, you’re so close to it you don’t have that perspective. I’ve done this for so long almost eight years in online business. I know enough to say listen, it had to happen for some reason. It freaking sucks and I don’t like it, but I know there’s a bigger reason for this. This is life, a life lesson. Right, we know there’s always a better reason. We don’t always have to know what the bigger reason is, but we have to trust there’s a reason for all this.

51:10 – Amanda Pickering (Co-host)
Yeah, I just want to quickly read a couple of comments coming in from Adriana. She said this was so eye-opening for me. I have a lot of repeat clients coming from launches that I didn’t see as a huge win. What a perspective shift. Thank you for that. Yes, Angela Makes me so happy. And then Jordan said my brain often struggles with the way people teach strategy. This is the first time I’m sat getting it straight off and without getting frustrated. Thank you, yes, those are what we love to hear.

51:42 – Emily Aarons (Host)
Seriously. I mean, you know how excited I get people, but like, oh, these two comments make well, three in the row. Really, you guys are breaking me. Oh my God, I’m so excited. I’m also really, really moved because if we can make this feel accessible, if we can make this feel more tangible, we can make this approachable and you can see a real person sharing what the deeds are, and it makes a positive impact in you, like, what it also opens up is new possibilities for you, and that’s genuinely, genuinely, from the bottom of my heart. I know I’ve said this a million times If I can do this, so can you, and so I’m so happy to hear that this is opening up a perspective shift, opening up a different way to look at strategy. I’m so, so grateful for that feedback. Oh oh, thank you, thank you, thank you. Also, live sessions are nerve-wracking, but also this is so awesome. Ok, continuing, ok, grounding. Again, thank you for just totally making my ego blow up.

52:50
Hey, listeners, I wanted to hop into this week’s podcast to share something that I’ve been using for about a year now and I’ve just been so in love with it, which is FLFE, focus, life Force, energy, and what it is is a service that provides a higher level of consciousness directly to a mobile device or to a property. I personally love it on my phone because I can do a boost before I go live. I can use it when I’m going to have a tough conversation just to get a higher level of consciousness as well as EMF mitigation. So it’s kind of like taking a bubble of positivity with you and it’s super supportive, not just for your energy, but also for your health, for abundance as well as relationship. So, as a podcast listener, I want to get you to try FLFE completely free. Now. This is an amazing opportunity to get a 15-day free trial. You don’t have to enter a credit card. That’s right. You can try it for free without entering any information. So head on over to emilyaronscom. Forward slash. Flfe. That’s Focus, life, force Energy. I know you’re here for a reason. I know you’re here to help more people and to make a positive impact in the world. Flfe is absolutely a great way to do that. Again, emilyaronscom, forward slash FLFE to start your 15-day free trial today.

55:01
It’s probably pretty obvious why at this point. I don’t really need to explain those to you, considering you know how many launches and products and the work that I put in. It’s been seven years the same way and I’m just feeling this real call to switch it up. The only reason that I actually can do this kind of switch-up is because I have the data. As you’ve seen, I’ve got proven programs, people who’ve bought, not just like I have this idea for this amazing thing and I’ve not actually sold it or marketed or launched or anything. I’m not pointing fingers at anybody, but I am because you all can call yourselves out with that. But these are proven. People have bought them. They’ve got results. We have testimonials.

55:45
This, what I’m about to share, is not a strategy that is for you. If you’re brand new, starting out like you know all that, if what we just shared with you kind of broke you a little bit, if you need to just like pause this, go outside and like take the next piece a little bit later, that’s fine, but do come back to it. But if you’re still with me. If you’re on the live you’re still with me, let me know because I’m going to go in and really share sort of a little bit more advanced, a little more advanced strategy. So, from all of the data that we collected this past two years, it’s really evident that the folks in my community need access to healing, educational resources and mentoring at a price they can afford. We’re seeing over and over not just within my personal business. I’ve talked to many friends with six and seven figure businesses who are seeing these trends. We’re all talking to each other behind the scenes, by the way, all these fancy people on the internet. We’re all just regular people. But these are trends and I really believe 2020 shifted us a lot in a big way. We all know this, but it’s also this sort of reverb that’s happening. Right, we’ve all undergone trauma. We’ve undergone this huge planetary shift, this energetic shift. We’re a little bit cautious. We need to feel safe and secure and we don’t just throw thousands of dollars willy-nilly anymore because we have to live on that money now, right, because our jobs have changed. Our lifestyle has changed, like everything. Our kids have changed. Our childcare has changed, like everything. Everything has changed, so we are needing to adapt as business owners.

57:27
So it’s my intention in 2024 to make my work more accessible, starting with this Today, this podcast. It’s very what’s it called? Not meta Is that what the word is? Yeah, it’s very meta that I’m teaching you about making my work accessible by making my work accessible Really cool, right, maybe it’s nerdy. So part of that intention is because I want to be honest.

57:53
You know my key demographic most spiritual entrepreneurs can’t afford access to the three elements that are critical to your business growth. Number one energy healings. We have got to do energy work. You’ve got to release your energy block so you can unlock your intuition. Like Amanda and I keep saying, it’s not just strategy. We are using our intuition, we’re getting insights, we’re pivoting, we’re managing our energy every step of the way. The second one is business trainings that teach you the building blocks of success. So, like I said, all of my courses have been behind a pretty significant paywall, and that’s not because I was trying to price them like crazy high. I actually have been always trying to price them super low. I usually price them 10 times below the value that they give. But I also think there’s something there. And then the third one is mentoring and coaching. You all have to have access to mentoring and coaching to be able to bring clarity and focus to your dreams.

58:52
We just talked about the hiding and the not launching and the ideas for the programs and the memberships and the things, but we don’t actually sell them ever to anyone once not even. It kind of stays and lives and dies in our mind. So I’m creating a way that you can have access to all of those things without having to sell unicorn poop on the black market. You like that unicorn poop joke? Thank you, adrienne. I was just talking about it here. I really appreciate that, like any good comic, we got a Tesla Dharma serial. Thank you for getting me and thank you for seeing me.

59:24
So here is the. What do they call it? 90,000 foot view, 100,000 foot view. This is the overview. This is my business strategy. I want you all to laugh at it, because there’s a lot of boxes and colors and what you don’t see here in this picture is all of the details, of all of the things and, like I’ve said, I’ve taken seven plus years to launch and get results that allow me to get to this point to say, okay, this worked, this worked, let’s put it together in this way.

59:56
So one of the things that is coming next week, which I guess y’all who are here are the first to know, is we’re having a $1 meditation sale. So we’re going to offer never previously released meditations. Just a handful, just a few, just a little touch. We’re offering them for a dollar, just a three of them. We’re just doing three, nothing crazy.

01:00:19
And we know why, right, does everybody remember. Let’s recall. Why am I offering something for a low pay price? It’s because how many percent? What’s the percent that people who bought once are more likely to buy again? Who remembers Everyone? This is your pop quiz. 67, yashinajana Thank you so much for playing and the fake Amanda Pickering on here For folks who are listening to the podcast. We had a little technical difficulties. Everyone’s called Amanda on here, but they are not. Yeah, 67%. So think about this. Let’s go strategy. Put on your strategy. Goggles on. If somebody buys something for a dollar, they still bought something. Right, it took out their credit card. So what we are planning to do is nurture them. We’re going to nurture them with potential low price upsells and special deals through email sequences. For folks who don’t know what an email sequence is. We’ll talk about that later on a future podcast coming soon. Wait for the slide.

01:01:18
Okay, again, it’s my intention to make my work more accessible and once these little meditation I shouldn’t say little, it’s not little, it’s a lot of work behind the scenes. It took us a while. Once this part is set up, it doesn’t really take as much effort as a launch, if you follow me. Okay, so this is sort of the gateway. Instead of a free training, this is a paid training, right? What did we learn from the paid workshops? We had a 40% higher show up rate. So people, okay, they pay, they pay attention, they pay, they buy again. Right, we’re following the trends. We’re all paying attention to this class, right? I hope this is helpful, insightful, getting ideas for yourself, getting juices going. If you have a great idea after this, you better tag me or tell me in DM because I will be excited for you and I will celebrate you. Okay, so even that $1 meditation sale you know we’re also doing. We’re doing bundles. So instead of them just having meditations on the meditation sale, we’re also going to bundle some of my most popular training programs.

01:02:22
I knew the dog was going to bark at something. It just, it just is not editing it again. I was literally writing the email today, three months, I remember. She said now I’m totally doing it. Well, we can talk about that strategy at another time, adriana, because that is also something that has flawed. We didn’t put that we want. We’re not going to talk about that. Do you want to mention it? You want to Just like?

01:02:43 – Amanda Pickering (Co-host)
because it’s in the yeah, I mean, no, I mean, and again, adriana, it depends on your people, it depends on, like I think it’s so specific. There are lots of people who do free trials and it works. We tried a $7 trial.

01:02:55 – Emily Aarons (Host)
I don’t know who they are. I don’t know who they are. People who do $1 trials that are successful. Well, I’ve heard of it. It’s a question really.

01:03:05 – Amanda Pickering (Co-host)
We did a $7 trial right. Yeah, $7 for seven days for the Mastery in Ascension membership. I mean, here again it felt like a failure, but what did come out of it was a brilliantly designed new Mastery in Ascension in sales page and getting really, really clear on where we’re going next. So, even though it didn’t feel like it worked, having said that, from the few people that did do it, we’ve had a couple of buyers that have gone on to do much higher by a price program. Yeah, the spiritual business accelerator, exactly.

01:03:36 – Emily Aarons (Host)
Yeah, so it’s not a. It’s a long game. But here’s the thing when we say we tried it, you know what that all means. It means we spent weeks making a website, making offers, making email sequences, making videos, making images, setting them up and then putting it out there. Okay, just so we’re totally crystal clear here. It wasn’t like this is an idea and then it took us five minutes. No, it takes a lot of time and energy and teamwork.

01:04:01
So next so these bundles that we’re doing we’ve got a spiritual business bundle where you can get meditations and three awesome trainings that I’ve never released the building your spiritual business that’s never been released. Launch in live with confidence that was a bonus we gave and it’s an amazing training, especially if you are nervous about going live or launching those two things. And the how to intuitively create and sell irresistible offers course, which has never been released before. The second bundle is the abundance bundle, which is a meditation and then two trainings, which is the attract financial abundance series, which people really like. We just released it and people have been like pretty into that. It’s awesome. And the shocker intensive workshop which I did when we were testing out all these numerous launches at the beginning of the year. So again, the shocker intensive workshop has been proven. People get great results from it. It works. It’s awesome. It’s awesome to make them more accessible at a price we’re going to be should just tell them what the sale is. I have to get permission from a man to do or say anything because inevitably, if I don’t get permission, she goes lighter and just like we have a wonderful, healthy, balance relationship. So we are doing these bundles at 70% off the regular price. That’s a huge amount off, right. What is my intention? To make my work more accessible. So the last bundle that we have is really mastering ascension, and so mastering ascension is evolving, in that we are now adding a bit more robust things to it.

01:05:39
I will talk about that in a moment, but here’s what I’m super excited about. Remember we talked about you can get access to me and teachings for like nothing. I’m going to be launching a private podcast called the spiritual business sessions. It’s part of the line and supple podcast, but it’s a branch, so you can grow your spiritual business from anywhere. So basically, for an $8 monthly subscription, you will get expert trainings on the go. So some of the topics that I’ve got in the queue are things like understanding the customer value journey, how to play the long game, like we’ve been talking about here, how to create irresistible messaging that you can magnetize your soulmate client. Another episode I’ve got is the sales page blueprint that actually makes you sales. So understanding what are the elements that really needed and how do you social media to attract and retain paying clients. So I’m super excited about this one because I feel like it gives me an outlet to teach like in this kind of sort of way on my podcast. You can learn on the go. You don’t have to sit in front of the computer. You’ll get bite-sized things and there’s no commitment. So like it’s not thousands of dollars, which it normally is, and these podcast topics are really part of the framework from my spiritual business accelerator program, the bigger program. So if you’re not ready for that bigger step, this is a really great next step versus having to buy an online course that you’re never going to watch.

01:07:07
So part of the play community is the mastery and ascension. Membership is shifting slightly and evolving into the spiritual business mentorship and it’s the first curated healing and learning platform for spiritual entrepreneurs. I’m super proud of this. Master’s ascension has been going on for seven years and it just keeps on getting better. It’s going to be the place where you can grow your business through live monthly energy healings, quarterly member events, on-demand courses in our loving community. So quarterly events those of you who are here who did intuition week with me, or intuition months, or money blocks, training or any of the things that I’ve offered thus far Instead of these things being outward for free and an opportunity to join the membership, I’m putting all the goodies inside of Mastering Ascension no additional cost to members of Mastering Ascension, the first one being the New Year’s Karma Cleanse that’s coming on January 1st.

01:08:10
I’ve had over, I think, 17,000 people do a Karma Cleanse with me over the years. It started off with me just doing this little ritual, my house in front of my fireplace. Then I was like, is this a thing? I’m going to do it on Facebook Live. It turns out hundreds of people were there my first time and then thousands the next time and 10,000 the next. It’s just been really a popular event. It’s one of my favorite things to do. All members of Mastering Ascension get it.

01:08:35
Then I’ve also had these quarterly events. One of them is called Business Abundance Week, then Wellness Abundance Week and Energy Abundance Week and Ultimate Abundance Week. We have these really cool weeks planned seven days, live content, classes, trainings, hypnosis, walking, meditation, wellness routines. We’re going to be making this more robust experience for members, if they want it. Instead of doing this outside thing, we’re bringing it all in house. Plus, we’re adding three business courses to Mastering Ascension though Attract, financial Abundance Series, building your Spiritual Business and the Accelerated Path, diy. Those are the karma cleanses Incredible. Thank you so much for that. This is also saying thank you, jeannie. I appreciate this.

01:09:22
There are really only two ways to get deeper, extensive and more intensive training with me. The first one is the IEA certification. That’s the six-month training. You learn energy, you learn business. We are leaving applications open for this program until the next segment starts. We’re not doing a big launch. We’re just going to take applications because, well, we do enjoy interviewing folks, but also we realize that sometimes it just takes a little while for people to realize, okay, it’s time for me to move to that next level. We don’t want them to have to figure it out in a week if they want to think about it. What we’re seeing with IEA students is they’ve known about it for a little, while the first time they found out about it wasn’t necessarily the first time they joined. We want to give people ample time to really digest and understand. This is a pretty intensive. One of our students calls it an energetic MBA. It’s a pretty intensive training. That’s a pretty big decision to make in just a week.

01:10:21
To be able to give people time to process it and actually respect the fact that all of the people in my community are highly sensitive people like me. For you to be able to go all right, let’s do this thing in a short amount of time, it could just be knocking off your equilibrium. It’s hard to make a decision when your head’s spinning like is it, isn’t it, should I, shouldn’t I? And to really give yourself the chance to integrate, breathe into it and process. That’s part of why I wanted to leave the applications open for IEA.

01:10:53
The spiritual business accelerator was created because really none of my clients had business plans or strategy in place and for me, I felt like I don’t want to do people a disservice by teaching them only so much and then they’re off to their own to figure it out in the cold winter. I wanted to be able to create a container for 12 months where where both of them and I are literally walking you through step by step, how to get your messaging, how to cultivate your offers, how to bring people in, how to look at your data and all of the different components, kind of like we just give a big overview. But I wanted people to do that with people and not just tell them this is what you’re going to have to do someday when you grow up and become a real big business. But I really wanted to bring it next level of nurturing in there. So my non-launch strategy is really seeding what’s included in these programs with the lower price options, with the new podcast, with the direction of Mastering Ascension and I didn’t include this in the slides, but Mastering Ascension is also going to have a quarterly coaching option for folks If they want to start getting some coaching with me at a fraction of the price that normally would cost. We’re going to be offering that in January, but you can get Mastering Ascension. These are the three extra courses Karma Cleanse so I’m missing everything at under $1,000. Like it’s pretty remarkable. We’re making it really, really affordable and my intention is really that folks start getting wins with the lower priced option so that they’re ready when other things are offered in the future.

01:12:31
So that is my nutshell hour plus podcast episode. I really am proud of the last seven years in business. For folks who are new to me, I don’t think many people who listen to my podcast are, but who knows, maybe some new listener just happened to stumble upon this huge recap episode. This is not the standard, but you will know that, being in online business for just over seven years, I’ve learned a lot. I’m very proud of my results.

01:13:01
I’m very proud of, in the last two years, the results we’ve created, and I want you all to know that this wasn’t something I knew was possible for me before I went online, and online business has given me a platform to be able to share my work, to share my teachings, these courses, this healing work in a way that I would have never been able to do when just my brick and mortar. I never knew this was possible before. Nobody ever taught me that it was possible, and so I hope that from this podcast, you can see what a privilege it is to be able to have your work out there in the world. It really is a privilege we take for granted how easily we can reach out and help somebody. There are billions of people on the planet, people suffering every day, people who are having a really hard time, and when you are not sharing your work in the world, when you are not saying that one thing, when you are not helping that person is not getting the help that they need, you hiding is not going to help anybody. People need help right now, and so I hope that, if nothing else, this podcast episode helped you to see what’s possible for you when you do take yourself in this work seriously, that you’re here to share, that there are ways to do it in a way that feels really good, in a soulful way, in a really aligned way.

01:14:30
And I do not want anybody to think that I built this overnight. My business in the brick and mortar was I mean, I started when I was 22 years old and I struggled for a really long time and kind of gave up off and on, because my vision and my mission felt big, but I had no idea how to achieve it. So I don’t want you to see yourself and your results and go oh, emily has 3,000. She deleted 3,000 people. I don’t know, I don’t even have 300 people. I don’t want you to look at yourself and compare in that way. That’s not my intention. I’m not here to boast ego. In fact, in some people probably have better numbers than I do and I really don’t care. I really don’t. But my hope and my intention is that you can see yourself as somebody who it’s possible for too, and I really would love to support you in any way I can. My intention is not to work 60 hours a week. In fact, most weeks I work around 25 to 30. I have Amanda on my team. I have Shauna on my team. I have another member, jamie, on my team. I’ve hired people in the past seven years. I think I’ve hired about 15 people in the past seven years.

01:15:41
This is not a solo mission. There’s a lot of things that you can learn If you want to. There’s a lot of free resources out there If you want them. I hope that I can provide some amazing valuable resources, and if you found this resource valuable, I know you’re going to love the new podcast that’s coming out pretty soon. You’re so welcome Adriana. You’re welcome Jordan. You’re welcome Adina. Thank you all for being here.

01:16:06
Amanda, I don’t know if there’s anything else that you wanted to share before we sign off. I’m so grateful. So many people stuck in here with us. This is pretty outstanding. So what I was going, what I was trying to get at, was this is not so that you can build a business that you don’t love, that makes you work growing hours.

01:16:24
Everything in my business is designed to fit around the lifestyle I want to live, which is plenty of time with my family, plenty of time outside, plenty of rest, plenty of play and working with people who I absolutely genuinely love and adore. So I hope that sharing this little window into my world can show you that as well. I hope that’s what I accomplished. So, if it was helpful for you, share this with a friend. If you’re watching me right now, you can always take a real quick screenshot of me doing some weird pose. Share it on your Instagram stories. Tell a friend. This episode will air in a couple of weeks, but obviously you got first access to it. Spread the word if you can, and I hope that this was helpful. I’ll see you all in 2024. We got so much amazing things to do together. Thank you for being here. Lots of love.

5 Ways to Overcome Energy Burnout (Part 1)

Get ready to embark on an insightful journey with my dear friends, Whitney McNeill and Kristin Dwan, as we dissect and understand the concept of energy burnout. During this episode, we talk about our personal experiences with energy burnout and how it impacts our daily lives, relationships, and businesses.

We explore how our external world mirrors our energy and discuss the increased sensitivity many are experiencing about what’s real and what’s not.

We also discuss the power of rest and receptivity. We touch upon the importance of breaking free from the cycle of overworking, listening to our intuition, and taking the much-needed breaks to rest and recharge. A mantra that you may find helpful is “do less, be more, receive all”. As we journey through the conversation, we talk about releasing old paradigms and trusting that the universe will take care of us.

In the latter part of the episode, we draw parallels between the four phases of a butterfly’s transformation and our personal growth journey. As we share our experiences with each stage, you may find relatable insights for your own transformation journey.

Welcome to the Aligned and Unstoppable Podcast. I am your host, Emily Aarons, and this is the Spiritual Startup Series. So if you are a new entrepreneur or maybe you are still in corporate doing a little side hustle, or even if you’ve been an entrepreneur for a little while, I’m going to share five incredible episodes that are going to help you to use your intuition to build your confidence and ultimately to build a life and a business that you love.

So this week’s episode, I am focusing on crystals! – one of your favorite topics and definitely one of mine. So this is definitely more of a visual podcast. So for those of you who are just listening to this episode, I would definitely invite you over to my YouTube channel. So go to emilyaarons.com/youtube and watch this video. We will obviously share it in the podcast show notes, we’ll put a link to this video of course, if you are out walking, and you are listening, I want to watch it later.

Plus we are going to have a supplemental PDF. It’s going to have a shopping guide, where to find the best crystals, how to clear them, how to use them in your business. Some also like little secret of things I like to do with my crystals. That sounded bad, but it’s not.

Anyway. So let’s get into this week’s topic about how to use crystals in your business. So first and foremost, crystals are awesome. You know it and I know it. If you’re somebody who is new to using crystals, let’s start from the top. So basically, I like to use crystals for a number of reasons. One of the best things that you can do if you’re new to using crystals is have them around your house to, you know, add to the environment.

One of my favorite crystals I’m going to show on this video is Selenite. So this Selenite wand, you know, usually comes in these kind of like wands and they have these little lines on them. They’re very they tend to be kind of smallish, but there’s obviously all sorts of different sizes and shapes. Some are polish, some are rough. You can find them just about anywhere. But what I love about Selenite, and especially for business owners, is that Selenite helps with communication as well as clearing energy.

Selenite can also clear the energy of other crystals if you put it near it. So what I love about Selenite is I always have it near my desk. It helps with communication, it helps with that clarity. It’s a great one to have. If you don’t know anything about crystals, get some selenite.

But I also like crystals for other things. They obviously they boost my mood. They can help me to hold my intention, whether it’s for me personally, whether it’s on my body, whether I stick them in my bra or my pocket. And they also can set an intention for programs or offerings so that you don’t have to constantly be keeping your programs on your mind. You can set your intention and create even a crystal grid.

So I’m going to share some of my favorite crystals and sort of why they’re my favorite crystals. So I’m kind of going to just go randomly. So let’s say, yeah, let’s do this one first. So this one is a Smoky Quartz, it’s a cluster. And I actually bought this and No – I didn’t buy it, I got it as a gift. I take that back. I got this one as a gift. I did buy another pyramid-shaped smoky quartz. And I keep this on my husband’s bedside table.

So Smoky Quartz is great for letting go of stuff, and clearing the energy. And also, just before I keep getting into other crystals, let me just preface this and say I am not a certified crystal worker or whatever the certifications look like. I have definitely read a number of books about crystals. I talk about crystals in my Integrated Energy Alignment Practitioner Training a lot more in-depth, but this is more of like my personal view.

So if you’re one of those people who’s like, wanting to fact-check me, please, by all means, you’re welcome to look up the actual intention and meaning behind these crystals for yourself. And if what I’m sharing doesn’t resonate with you or doesn’t match a description you find on the Internet, please don’t come screaming at me. This is just my personal view and how I use them.

The other thing I want to invite you to do is have an open mind. Whether you’ve been using crystals for a while and you’re like, I already know what Smoky Quartz is for Emily, I don’t really need to hear about it. Maybe this is a new way that you could use crystals that you’ve never thought about. And I will provide a little bit more of like a meditation at the end of this episode so that you can start to channel energy from crystals to, so back to Smoky Quartz.

I really like this. It helps if you think about, like, letting go of the stressors of the day. That’s why I keep it on my husband’s bedside table, because sometimes he gets a little stress and it’s hard for him to let it go. So that’s why I use it for him. For me, in my business, I love smoky quartz, especially in a grid. If I’m making a grid for myself or for clients or for a program. I love Smoky Quartz because I feel like it’s easily programable. It’s given that intention of like, letting go of what doesn’t serve. So that’s what I love Smoky Quartz for.

This one right here, this is fluorite. So this is a heart-shaped, polished fluorite. It has really cool gray and teal, green and purple. Obviously, it’s really pretty. I love using fluorite in grids. I also love putting fluorite on my desk so when I’m working, it helps me to feel more focused, more aligned, more energetically charged.

I tend to feel like when I’m with fluoride, it’s like I’m more intellectual even. Now listen, you can probably look up the meaning of fluorite in going to say intuitive and sensitive and blah blah blah.

For me, this is how I feel around fluorite and I like using fluorite, like I said, and I mentioned grids a couple of times. So again, I will put in the PDF that you can download with this episode, sort of like a rough layout of what a grid might look like for you for a program.

All-time like classic favorite is a clear quartz and I am a trained polarity therapist, registered polarity practitioner, and advanced energy practitioner. And when I used to see clients in person, I had clear quartz crystals that I would place over their seven main chakras. And I also had one that’s actually over here, a bigger size that I would use to clear the space and to set my intention and moving the energy for clients in session.

That’s kind of why I love clear because it is like a magnifier. You can put it on an area to open up the energy to let things go. It’s easily programable, you know, different clear quartz have colors to them sometimes, and I find myself drawn to usually ones that you can kind of see through. This is unpolished. This is a rough sort of natural form and that’s why I’m really drawn to it.

Alternatively, this one is called a Lemurian Quartz. And from the video you can maybe see it has these little striations here, these little stripes along the side. And it’s been said, like when I first got this, I was really drawn to it and it’s been said to help clear past life karma. When you touch these little lines. I do find that when I’m doing a lot of Akashic work, I tend to be drawn towards this crystal.

And one of the things that I teach to my students, the Integrated Energy Alignment Students, is about how to use crystals in their practice. And also when you are drawn to a crystal for a client, what does that mean and how do you work with that? So, you know, my students are trained to channel even before their session starts.

So let’s say they’re channeling and they’re really drawn towards lemurian quartz that might automatically signal part of their brain to say, Oh, you know what, we might be working on some past life stuff today. We might be looking into the Akashic Records today because this crystal is the one that wanted to work with me. Okay?

We all know it,  we all know it. we all love it. It’s rose quartz. This is a nice, giant, unpolished rose quartz. This is a little one. You know what the size is what it is. But I love rose quartz. I tend to use this that resonates with heart. With your heart chakra with love, unconditional love. And again, whether you’re putting in a grid, you’re using it on yourself, you’re putting it on your desk, It really brings this loving energy. So let’s just say, for example, you are writing sales emails. Wouldn’t it be nice to work with a rose quartz so that you can bring more love and compassion to the words that you’re writing? It’s a really nice crystal for that.

And then Black Tourmaline, this is like another classic. Black tourmaline is great for protection. So let’s say you’re doing Instagram live, Facebook live, and who knows there’s going to be on there. Anybody on the Internet can open up your livestream and this is really great for protection. You think of it kind of it looks a little bit like coal. It’s very porous and you can think of similar to kind of like smoky quartz, but like even more so to rid any negative, harmful or unwanted energies from your field. This is a great one sometimes. I’ll even meditate with this before I start my work day, just to kind of let go of anything that doesn’t serve me so I can be fresh, clean and clear to start my workday.

And then we have amethyst. So these are all crystals so far that you’re probably familiar with. Amethyst is really great for healing. And so sometimes what I do, whether I’m writing an email, going on a live, maybe I’m interviewing somebody for my podcast or being interviewed, sometimes just holding on to an amethyst for security, for confidence, for helping me to heal many any like traumatized or wounded aspects of myself so I can show up pure and open.

This particular amethyst is a rough kind of uncut one. I do have a very small amethyst crystal that is polished and I love it. It’s very powerful. And I always program that crystal before I’m going to conferences or I’m going to speak on stages. I program it to hold my energy, my intention to be clear aligned and balanced, and to be the clearest conduit to provide information that is at the most truthful vibration, and that is helping people raise their consciousness with harm to none.

So I’ll program that crystal and help me to hold my container, and I like to slip it underneath my in underneath my boob, like in my bra. Sometimes I’ll put it in my pocket, but typically I’ll put it in my bra. And the reason why is because it’s an easy place for me that I don’t touch or fiddle with. When it’s in my pocket. I’ll probably like touch it and fiddle with it. What I notice when I wear polished crystals with a programmed intention is that I have better energy.

And so for folks who are really highly sensitive, the way that I am being in big crowds or conferences or speaking or just being out, lots of people in general can be sometimes overwhelming for my system, maybe for your system too. Having a crystal that you’ve programmed to hold your highest intentions and to hold your energetic container clear aligned and balanced is great. And so when you have that on you, it’s doing the work for you all the time. You don’t have to think about it and be like, Oh God, I got to clear myself again. I’m interacting with that person and it’s like, really got negative energy. Your crystal is already doing that for you.

So what I find is that if I weren’t using a programmed crystal before those kinds of events, I would feel really tired, maybe lethargic, drained, and just not interested in continuing to do these events. I’d have to like drag myself there the next day. But when I wear a crystal, I feel really good and I feel very balanced. Not like hyperactive, not super low, but like a nice middle. So I would definitely recommend it. Even if you’re doing virtual summits or virtual speaking events, having a crystal in your pocket or in your bra or in your lap is a really awesome tool to use. And it’s like a little secret weapon.

I also have one that’s a Danburite Crystal, and I feel like the Danburite Crystal. I don’t have it with me here. I think it’s actually my car. I feel like that helps me to access higher realms, spiritual realms, higher levels of intuition and using that crystal. When I’m wearing that, I feel not only am I energetically protected, but I also like extra charged and more intuitive and more in touch and more open. So these different crystals can help in different ways. I believe this is called the pit of light here.

This is a purple crystal and I bought this one at a period of time when I was having a lot of anxiety and stress in my business. Sales weren’t coming in the way that I was hoping. I was making huge changes and pivots, and I felt like I needed that, like rock, that security that would help me through that rough time. And I know for folks listening, you know, obviously, you know, your mental health is really important. And so there is lots of different ways that you can treat your mental health crystals is definitely been helpful for me, amongst many other rituals and practices that I do on a daily basis to help with my health, my well-being and all sorts of different things.

So again, I’m going to be sharing you with you a PDF shopping list that’s in the downloads. I’ll share all these crystals. I’ll even show you how to make a crystal grid for a program or a service if you’re interested in learning more about crystals. Of course, I have a really fun workshop that you can take. We’re going to be talking about Oracle cards in these next series and obviously how to come out of your spiritual closet, because a lot of folks who follow me, maybe you have like a couple crystals, but it’s like on the DL and like, nobody knows about it. I’m going to share how I’ve come out of my spiritual closet and maybe some tips for you. And then we’ll also be closing on how to brand yourself using your intuition.
