19. Integration Time: Plan to rest.

If you’re afraid to take your foot off the business gas pedal this is your first warning sign you need rest. The Universe is telling you THIS is the time you’re supposed to be taking a break!

You don’t need to take 2 weeks off to Bali, but you do need to book a massage, energy healing, a walk-in nature, a visit with friends, a solo lunch date, or simply a couple of hours “off”. It’s in the “exhale” when we get the most amount of inspiration and alignment. You’re literally hustling yourself OUT of business!

39. Guardian Angels: Infinite support is here

You’ve been working so hard! When you pull this card, 100 guardian angels appear around. Allow them to alleviate your anxiety, worry, doubt, and stress. Take a deep breath and know that you’re taken care of today and every day. Even though they’re invisible, your guardian angels are always here to surround you and infuse you with unconditional love.

4. Flow: Let go of control

The angels are asking you to let go of control. Surrender to the divine outcome and divine timing. You’re working too hard right now and no matter how much you hustle and push, you’re out of alignment with what you truly desire.

Take a deep breath in, and on your exhale release your worries to the angels. Use the affirmation: “I fully and completely trust that everything will work out even better than I imagined. I surrender my will to God and the angels to create miracles inside of me and all around me.”

13. Simplify: “How can this be easy and fun?”

Ease is not a 4-letter swear word! You might be in a little pickle, friend. Please close your eyes and simply ask, “how can this be easy, how can this be fun?” What comes up for you?

Frequently, we think we HAVE TO launch a certain way, but just because that’s the norm, doesn’t mean that’s the only way. You deserve for things to be easier, but you must choose ease daily. Struggle is a choice as much as ease is a choice.

Nothing is happening TO you, it’s all happening THROUGH you. If you think life/work/family is hard, it’s time to shift your story. Enjoy this moment, invite more well being into your day, and so be it!

36. Trust Your Gut: Your body knows the truth

You’ve been doing the head stuff for way too long! Overthinking, over-analyzing, and second-guessing. STOP IT! Get out of your head and into your gut. It knows the truth, but first you need to trust yourself.

There’s no way to begin trusting others if you don’t trust in yourself. Your gut is like your body’s second brain. It’s also like a lie detector. It wants you to know something. Quit trying to make sense of a situation, and just go with the knowing of your brilliant gut instinct. You don’t need to justify yourself for having this intel, just roll with it. The more you take action and trust your inner knowing, the more your inner knowing strengthens.

Your angels also want to validate that YES, you are strengthening your intuition by doing this practice. There’s really no risk either! How’s the alternative working out for ya?

31. On Fire!: Everything is working exactly as planned

You’re doing exactly what you should be doing and everything is working exactly as planned. If you have any tiny bits of doubt, please release them to your angels now.

You’re fully in alignment and things are moving easily and effortlessly, don’t question it, just enjoy! All of your hard work is paying off!

18. Gratitude: Give thanks for all you have

Give thanks to all that IS and all that is coming. If you’ve been complaining about lack, now is the time to shift that energy into gratitude. Did you know that gratitude and abundance are connected? One does not appear without the other.

Take a minute to write down 5 things you’re thankful for right now, 5 things you’re thankful for that are coming in the future and 5 things you’re grateful for from your past.

Practice connecting into your heart center at bedtime, and imagine you’re sending love and light out to all of those places. This practice is especially helpful during the launch period. For those who’ve already said YES to your offering and those who are about to.

6. The Golden Arrow: Focus on a specific target

Set your sights on a specific target. If you don’t have a goal in mind, create one now. You can’t get upset that you didn’t find success when you never had a clear goal, to begin with. Allow your goals to be touched by the healing light of source energy. Everything you wish to achieve is blessed. Quit playing small; whatever is in your sights can and will be yours!

16. Be the Magnet: Harness the power within you>

It’s time to harness the power you have within. Focus your attention and thoughts on exactly what you want. Give yourself permission to want whatever you want, even if it’s excessive; you deserve it! Release any thoughts of lack, what if, or worry to your angels.

To truly become the magnet you must feel unconditional love in your heart and allow it to expand within and all around you. A magnet never questions if it will attract another magnet, it just is. Who are you not to attract everything you desire?

Your feelings are the magnet, so whether you’re feeling good or feeling bad, the universe doesn’t care, it will always deliver that to you. Put on some dancing music or watch a funny cat video, get your VIBE high!

5. Get outside: Take a breather

Your angels are not mincing their words! Take a breather outside. Bundle up if you have to but you need fresh air. Sitting at a desk is amazing and I’m sure you’re killing it today, but even still, you need to move your body and enjoy the day.

Extra credit if you go for a walk by the ocean, in the woods, or just visit your favorite place. Once you get there your angels are going to dump inspiration into you, so get ready to receive!

44. Visibility: It’s safe to be me

You’ve done a remarkable job of tapping into your big vision. Now it’s time to allow the world to see you in all your glory. Your angels are here to help you release any limiting beliefs around being judged as a lightworker from all lifetimes.

It’s time to let go of the doubts or worries; there are too many people praying for you right now. Get over yourself and show up for the ones who are out there struggling without your guidance. Mantra: “It is safe to be unapologetically me. Nothing added to me would make me any greater, nothing taken away would make me any less. I am pure free forever.”

29. Grounding: Refresh and reset

One of my favorite things to do every day is to get outside and appreciate nature. Living in the northeast, the weather can be very up and down, but even if it’s chilly, I’ll take a break from work to walk around the block or even a lap around my backyard farm just to make sure I get to enjoy the day. Another benefit of going outside is to ground and refresh my energy. What do YOU do to break up your workday and reset

43. Soulmate Client: Your dream clients are in your heart

Heed the call, my love. Your soulmate client is here and is desperate to connect with you.

Close your eyes and feel gratitude in your heart. Allow that energy to expand and connect to your one soulmate client; the one who loves working with you and paying for your services, and you love them too.

This is the perfect time to listen to the whispers and the little hints that you sense. If you’re having writer’s block, you’re not connecting.

Imagine there’s someone out there praying just for you and your services/offers…they’re actually desperate to find you, their life depends on getting your help.

Not the help from someone “like you” but actually you; please stop denying them of your gifts. Ask any of these questions right now: “What would you like to hear from me? How can I best serve you right now? Why do you need me and this offer today? What do I need to do so you can find me?” Now TRUST in the messages and take action!

9. Plan It Out: It’s time to get more serious

If you’ve been winging it, it’s time to get a little bit more serious. You’re ready for a whole new level to come in, and you’re blocking it by not planning for your success. Take a few minutes and consider, “What’s the BEST possible outcome for this?” Maybe you just want to grow your list or following, but perhaps you’re about to open up for WAY more income, soulmate clients, or support. What are you afraid of? Close your eyes and let your guides illuminate your path.

Look a little deeper…is there a place deep within you that’s afraid of success? Is there something that’s secretly sabotaging your audacious dreams? Hand this over to your angels and allow yourself to be successful.

33. Pivot: Tune in to what FEELS good

Something feels off. You don’t need to throw away all of your work but I’d seriously consider shifting so you don’t feel like you’re “pushing” so hard.

6Your business doesn’t have to be a labor of love; it can be easy. Maybe it’s time to look at the story “I have to work hard to make money.” Did you catch yourself? This could be a lovely place to journal what FEELS good and what feels heavy in your work. Give yourself permission to let go of what doesn’t feel light and easy.
