7. Healing: Schedule healing work!

This is a hard stop, drop, and get some healing work done. I don’t care if it’s a visit to the sauna, a spa day, or an hour-long massage or energy healing session. Your system is overloaded and underloved.

There’s something going on under the surface and your angels want you to be aware of it…and you can’t do that alone or by working harder. You must stop to listen to the call. If you continue to ignore it, the call will get louder, and you may not enjoy being laid up from work for a long stretch of time. Better take care of yourself now. Pay now or pay later!

A small investment of a day off will pay off in droves…just you wait and see! There’s someone in heaven watching over you and they can hear your silent prayers. Think of this card as a gift to have someone take care of you.

29. Grounding: Refresh and reset

One of my favorite things to do every day is to get outside and appreciate nature. Living in the northeast, the weather can be very up and down, but even if it’s chilly, I’ll take a break from work to walk around the block or even a lap around my backyard farm just to make sure I get to enjoy the day. Another benefit of going outside is to ground and refresh my energy. What do YOU do to break up your workday and reset?

1. Balance: Look at the blessings in your life

Take a moment to look around at all of the blessings in your life. Some days it may feel like “too much” to take but what if that were just a story you told yourself so you could take a break? There are always sacrifices that must be made for the sake of success. Make space in your schedule for play, love, friendships, silence, and adventure. Work will always be there, but it’s time to fill your cup too.

16. Be The Magnet: Harness the power within you

It’s time to harness the power you have within. Focus your attention and thoughts on exactly what you want. Give yourself permission to want whatever you want, even if it’s excessive; you deserve it! Release any thoughts of lack, what if, or worry to your angels.

To truly become the magnet you must feel unconditional love in your heart and allow it to expand within and all around you. A magnet never questions if it will attract another magnet, it just is. Who are you not to attract everything you desire? Your feelings are the magnet, so whether you’re feeling good or feeling bad, the universe doesn’t care, it will always deliver that to you. Put on some dancing music or watch a funny cat video, get your VIBE high!

19. Integration Time: Plan to rest.

If you’re afraid to take your foot off the business gas pedal this is your first warning sign you need rest. The Universe is telling you THIS is the time you’re supposed to be taking a break! You don’t need to take 2 weeks off to Bali, but you do need to book a massage, energy healing, a walk-in nature, a visit with friends, a solo lunch date, or simply a couple of hours “off”. It’s in the “exhale” when we get the most amount of inspiration and alignment. You’re literally hustling yourself OUT of business!

30. Leap Of Faith: Feed your fear or your faith

Do you feel like you don’t have the confidence for something right now? Guess what? That’s not a good enough excuse to stop. There are people who need you and maybe you don’t have the “perfect plan” but even if you did, something would shift and change. You’re adaptable and smart. You CAN do this! You’ve figured out harder things and you’re ready for a big shift.

Are you gonna just stand there with your toes on the edge too worried to move, or are you going to take a running leap trusting that you’ll soar with your angels all around you? The choice is yours. Feed your fear or feed your faith. It’s up to you.

22. Network: Connect with others

Have you been cooped up too long? It’s time to get out from behind the computer and meet some other humans! Specifically, your guides want to help you to connect with other like-minded people who believe in what you’re doing. Join a mentorship or a mastermind with other individuals you admire. If you don’t have a mentor this is a great time to get one.

Follow your heart but don’t be afraid to invest in this network. Remember, you’re the sum of the people you spend the most time with. You deserve incredible friendships and relationships. Is it time to release some old relationships that don’t serve you anymore? Upgrade your lightworker tribe and go have fun!

41. Marketing: Get More Visible!

Energy is amazing to attract your soulmate clients but there’s something to be said for proper marketing. You must put yourself out there in a way people can clearly understand how you can help them AND ask for a sale!

The money you make is a direct reflection of how many people you’re helping. If you struggle with figuring out the right words, get help! There are too many people who need you. Put yourself out there and make an offer today.

36. Trust Your Gut: Your body knows the truth

You’ve been doing the head stuff for way too long! Overthinking, over-analyzing, and second-guessing. STOP IT! Get out of your head and into your gut. It knows the truth, but first you need to trust yourself. There’s no way to begin trusting others if you don’t trust in yourself. Your gut is like your body’s second brain. It’s also like a lie detector. It wants you to know something.

Quit trying to make sense of a situation, and just go with the knowing of your brilliant gut instinct. You don’t need to justify yourself for having this intel, just roll with it. The more you take action and trust your inner knowing, the more your inner knowing strengthens.

Your angels also want to validate that YES, you are strengthening your intuition by doing this practice. There’s really no risk either! How’s the alternative working out for ya?

If you’ve been feeling a little under the weather please trust that it’s simply your body’s response to your massive energetic shifts. Breathe deeply into your expansion and smile knowing that you’re absolutely on the verge of something BIG!

You’re right there! Keep on going! You’re on the verge of a huge breakthrough! Embody the best you possible…aka your highest self. What does a successful person act like?

Now, close your eyes and embody their behavior, attitude, and demeanor. Then shift your actions to DO the things your highest self would do. Play the part today, not someday. Who are you not to? What you want also wants you. Ask yourself: “How much money/success/love can I tolerate?”

15. Aligned Action: Don’t delay, act

Has fear been tripping you up lately? Worried about your next steps? It’s time to get out of your head and into your heart. You, my dear, are energy and so is everything around you. If you choose to disconnect from that flow all around you and within you, you’re cutting yourself off from the flow. God/the Universe is sending you messages and signs every single day, and if you keep trying to make sense of them, you’re missing the whole point.

The messages are coming to YOU, not someone else, and if you continue to ignore them or overthink them to death, the universe will simply stop sending them. Get that intuitive hit or nudge and TAKE ACTION! Do something with it, for goodness sake!

Your angels are trying to be direct with you. You’re not a victim, you’re a powerhouse, so start taking action like one!
