Britt has been able to revolutionize an industry that has been perceived as a “service industry” and one where she often received sad sounds from people when she quit college and a good-paying job to pursue it. She talks about how she overcame the “poor Britts” and how you can too.

We get into all of it in this episode from how to keep trusting, how to handle the naysayers, and how to be the person who should do it when so many of us find ourselves thinking “Who am I to do this?”

After spending years behind the chair as an assistant, stylist, and salon director, Britt realized that cosmetology school left one major area out: business education. She left her job as a seven-figure salon director and blew the industry away when she began coaching salon owners in 2010. She launched her trademark hairstylist business education program, Thrivers Society, in 2014.

20. Launch: NOW is the time

It’s time to set your dreams into motion! Quit waiting for the “right” time, NOW is the time to take action. Your angels are asking you to finally set your intention of what you desire, imagine the best possible scenario, and allow them to orchestrate everything. Take massive aligned action every day towards seeing this goal come true!

 

 

18. Gratitude: Give thanks for all you have

Give thanks to all that IS and all that is coming. If you’ve been complaining about lack, now is the time to shift that energy into gratitude. Did you know that gratitude and abundance are connected? One does not appear without the other. Take a minute to write down 5 things you’re thankful for right now, 5 things you’re thankful for that are coming in the future, and 5 things you’re grateful for from your past. Practice connecting into your heart center at bedtime, and imagine you’re sending love and light out to all of those places. This practice is especially helpful during the launch period. For those who’ve already said YES to your offering and those who are about to.

 

 

44. Visibility: It’s safe to be me.

You’ve done a remarkable job of tapping into your big vision. Now it’s time to allow the world to see you in all your glory. Your angels are here to help you release any limiting beliefs around being judged as a lightworker from all lifetimes. It’s time to let go of the doubts or worries; there are too many people praying for you right now. Get over yourself and show up for the ones who are out there struggling without your guidance. Mantra: “It is safe to be unapologetically me. Nothing added to me would make me any greater, nothing taken away would make me any less. I am pure free forever.”

The world needs you to be in alignment and serving at a high frequency!

 

 

17. Celebration: Share your SPARK!

Share your SPARK! Every single little micro-win must be celebrated because it breeds more of that good stuff! When you celebrate with deep gratitude in your heart, the universe gives you more to celebrate! You’re in the perfect spot to shout your wins from a rooftop! Your energy is so good right now! Use your wins to attract your soulmate clients like a moth to the flame! Treat yourself to something special today; act as if it’s your birthday!

 

 

3. Crystal Clear: You can BE it

If you can see it, you can BE it. There is nothing you can not have. Release control of how things should be and allow the universe to orchestrate the most incredible life full of miracles. Make sure you give thanks and celebrate all the tiny micro-wins, as the universe is showing you that it’s all happening with little energetic breadcrumbs. Don’t take them for granted – it’s all happening! Take a look around and find evidence of it working!

14. Visualize: See it. Be it.

Don’t phone it in! If you can’t visualize your best life ever, get someone to help prompt you. Who do you admire or look up to? What brands catch your eye? What celebrities do you follow? What you see in them is a reflection of what’s possible for you too. If you can see it, it’s already yours. Angels are standing by waiting to deliver all your heart’s desires right now and every day after. Be clear with what you want and know you’re worth it. Your mind wants to help you get it sooner than later, but don’t be impatient! The universe is conspiring to help you. What if that wish were coming true today? How would you act in response? Show gratitude for that vision already happening and for every single day that you’re aligning to it.

 

 

37. Branding: You’re a unique snowflake!

Use your unique gifts in the way that comes naturally to you. Start to listen to how others describe you and hone in on your messaging. It may be time to hire an expert to solidify your brand colors, message, and who you serve. You’re on to BIG things and the first step is clearly identifying who you are, who you help, and what you stand for. If you already have a clear brand, it’s time for an upgrade! You’ve evolved so much from doing the deeper work, and now it’s time your branding catches up to you. Have fun!

 

 

21. Manifestation: You are a manifesting machine

You’re literally a manifesting machine. Your thoughts are electric, and your body is magnetic. When your thoughts and feelings align, you can manifest instantly. Forget “realistic” or “timing”; you’re the one with the power. Today is the day to proclaim what you desire and by when. Release any stories around your wants and repeat this mantra: “The more I say yes to my desires, the more the Universe says yes to me.” Start small with a quarter, then a parking spot, then go wild; you deserve it!

I take a deep breath before sharing this week’s forecast because it’s the second time the Pivot card showed up. We have to really be ok with changing plans in order to stay in the flow state! Also part of this work we have to trust that everything is working out exactly as planned and do NOT be afraid to ask for help, please!

 

 

JULY 20 ENERGY FORECAST: 

 

33. Pivot: Tune in to what FEELS good

Something feels off. You don’t need to throw away all of your work but I’d seriously consider shifting so you don’t feel like you’re “pushing” so hard. Your business doesn’t have to be a labor of love; it can be easy. Maybe it’s time to look at the story “I have to work hard to make money.” Did you catch yourself? This could be a lovely place to journal what FEELS good and what feels heavy in your work. Give yourself permission to let go of what doesn’t feel light and easy.

 

 

32. Order: It’s all coming together

Trust in divine timing and divine outcome. If you’re worried about how things are going to work out, or what are the next steps, let all that go now. You need to let go of trying to control everything so much and allow your guidance to come to help you. What if by letting go, an even better outcome could happen? Your way may not be the only way. You’re getting intuitive hits; quit questioning them so much and simply take action in alignment.

 

 

23. Outsource: Stop trying to do everything alone

If you’re trying to do everything alone, you’re actually not serving at your highest level. “If you want to go fast, go alone. If you want to go far, go together.” Your guides have been trying to connect you with all the right people whom you can trust to help with your day to day operations. They want your success as much as you do, and you’ve finally reached the point where you MUST hire help if you ever want to see your dreams come true. You’re wasting precious resources like time and energy by doing too much, it’s safe to ask for help and receive it.
